Chapter 1
Chapter 1 starts off with only 3 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/3 – Bunny’s Note to Lily
In Chapter 1, “Find a Way Out of the Mansion,” you’ll find Bunny’s Note to Lily in the bedroom where Hazel wakes up after the dream.
2/3 – Bunny’s Desk Entry
Hazel returns to the mansion and searches an office where more Chapter 1 Readables can be found. The second Chapter 1 Readable is located on the desk.
3/3 – Bunny’s Lounge Chair Entry
In Chapter 1 – Find a Way Out of the Office, Hazel can locate the “Chapter 1 – 3/3 – Bunny’s Lounge Chair Entry” on the sofa in the office.
Chapter 2
Chapter 2 contains four Readables Collectibles.
1/4 – The Weaver’s Call
In Chapter 2, Hazel follows a group of ghosts to an abandoned settlement by the river. The Readables Collectible “The Weaver’s Call” can be found in the first house on the left.
2/4 – Spirits, Speak to Me!
In Chapter 2, “Follow the Ghost’s Escape Route,” Hazel follows the ghosts across the river and past a large round building until they reach a barn. Inside, Hazel learns the “Strand Pull” ability, which allows her to move a crate into position beneath a climbing spot to reach a high window. Next to the window, there is a barrel containing this readable.
3/4 – Please speak to me..
Exit the barn through the window and drop down to face another fight with the Haint. After the fight, head toward the mine entrance, where you’ll notice ghosts overhead. Before entering, use Strand Push to clear the overgrowth on the left. This will lead you to an area with a “Floof” and a Readables Collectible on a tree stump.
4/4 – Stigma and Sorrow
Climb to the top of the mine where the ghosts are, then follow them into the cave. Slide down and look for another painted symbol on the tunnel wall.
Chapter 3
Chapter 3 has 7 Readables Collectibles.
1/7 – The Happiest Day
After the first double jump in Chapter 3, head left and double jump to the island. Then, go right toward the broken bridge. You’ll find the first Readable Collectible of Chapter 3 there.
2/7 – The St. Sylvain Bulletin
In Chapter 3, at the step “Find the Bottle Tree,” Hazel meets a man named Rhubarb who lives right next to the bottle tree. This Readable is attached to his house.
3/7 – Follow the Lights
You can find another Readables collectible at the boathouse behind Rhubarb’s house.
4/7 – Ain’t Wanted Here
In the “Investigate the Stigma Vortex” section, you’ll encounter the spiky bushes for the first time. Enter the house with the open door nearby, and you’ll find the Readable Collectible right inside by the entrance.
5/7 – A Gift For Corinne
After clearing the Stigma at the Base of the Tree, go to the nearby house. At the back on ground level is a Readable Collectible on the chair.
6/7 – Beggin’ Your Pardon, Mayor
Continue until Hazel gets the Chapter step to clear the Stigma of the Corrupted House. Follow the Strand until you find that the ghosts Hazel followed made it out after all. After the next wall run, there is the two-story corrupted house to the left. On the ground floor, on top of one of the tables, you will find this Readable colletible.
7/7 – Come One, Come All!
In the same house, head upstairs, where you can find the Readable collectible attached to one of the pillars.
Chapter 4
Chapter 4 has 3 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/3 – Grocery List
After the first fight, the Strand shows Hazel to go straight, but there’s also a path to the left. Take the left path first. You’ll come across a blocked route—use Strand Push on the overgrowth to enter a house with a “Floof” inside. Head around to the left of the house and use the grapples to reach the veranda, where you’ll find the Readable on a barrel.
2/3 – Lay Off Buddy
This Readable is in the same house, but on the bed.
3/3 – Burrower’s – Lord’s Day
Head to the church. Near the fighting zone at the edge of the church grounds, close to the explosive mushrooms, you’ll see a small cemetery with a hollow tree. Interact with the tree to find a Readable.
Chapter 5
Chapter 5 has 11 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/11 – Burrower’s – Pieces of the Self
At the start of Chapter 5, when Hazel finds Crouton, she sends him through a burrow to destroy a Stigma. Check the hollow tree that stands right next to the burrow. There is a Readables collectible inside.
2/11 – Statue Flyer
Head to the Diner with the big statues and the Haint corruption. You’ll find this Readable collectible attached to a fence pole.
3/11 – Burrower’s – Iron
A readable copy can be found on top of a wooden box near the church entrance.
4/11 – Hollow Dreamers
Check the veranda of the first house after the church. You’ll find a Readable on the couch.
5/11 – Kids Need a Hand
Progress through the story until you clear the Flooded Village Stigma. Then, enter the nearby house – Jolene’s – and check the dining table for a readable item.
6/11 – Jo’s Penance
Go upstairs in Jolene’s house and look for a Readable on the bedroom table.
7/11 – Yard Sale Notice
When you arrive at the Old Farm, head to the windmill. There’s a Floof on top. Move the nearby wooden box into position so you can climb up and grab the Floof. Next, find the Hayball tower. Cross over to this tower and drop down on the other side to reach a mobile home. You’ll find a Readable on the chair there.
8/11 – Honor thy Father and Mother
Enter the Old Farmhouse building. There is a Readable collectible on the lounge table.
9/11 – A Bashful Farmhand in the Setting Sun
Go upstairs and find a Readable in one of the bedrooms.
10/11 – The Pigs are a Loss
Follow the story until you enter the pig factory. Follow the corridor to the first room, where you can find this Readables collectible on top of a wooden table.
11/11 – Sutter’s Will and Testament
Defeat Tom the Gator and let him swallow you. Once inside, climb the only wall available. At the top, you’ll find the final Readables collectible for the chapter.
Chapter 6
Chapter 6 has 10 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/10 – Keep Out Sign Materials
At the start of Chapter 6, there is a river you can only cross by summoning a boat in the water. After crossing over the river, there is this wooden box with Readable Collectible 1/10.
2/10 – Abernathy’s Lament
The barn with the Burrow Stigma contains a Health Filament and the Readables Collectible 2/10 in the attic. To reach them, go around the barn to summon the cart. Move the cart, climb on it, and jump onto the roof to access both items.
3/10 – Burn after Reading
When you reach the Flood Cottage, don’t go through the gate yet. Instead, turn left at the entrance gate to destroy another Stigma. You’ll find a wooden box nearby with Readables Collectible 3/10.
4/10 – Correction Requested
Find the beehive in the Flood Cottage garden with Readables Collectible 4/10.
5/10 – Notes on the Rougarou
In the ground floor lounge of the Flood Cottage is the 5/10 Readables Collectible on top of a big book on the coffee table.

Readables collectible 6/10 is on the left bedside table of Bunny’s Bedroom.
7/10 – Notes on Dreams and Fog

8/10 – Missing Children List
Before investigating the clues in the secret room at the Flood Cottage, look for Readables Collectible 8/10 at the sewing machine near the window.
9/10 – Burrowers Hate a Liar
Cross the area with the thorny growth and the explosive mushrooms to reach the top of the mountain. Look for a hollow tree to the right side and interact with it to receive Readables Collectible 9/10.
10/10 – Huggin’ Molly Sightings
Before you climb the mountain, look around and summon a bridge first to cross it and take care of the Stigma in the cave ahead. Once the corruption is gone, look for a wooden crate with Readables Collectible 10/10 sitting on top.
Chapter 7
Chapter 7 contains 15 Readables Collectibles.
1/15 – The Lost Boy
Before summoning a boat to cross the water, look for a climbable wall that leads to a Floof. Pick up the Floof and climb the nearby ledge. There, you’ll find the first Readables collectible in Chapter 7 sitting on top of a box.
2/15 – Lost Liquor
After destroying the first Stigma in Chapter 7, look for a cave with a Health Filament in this area. In front of the overgrowth is a wooden box with a Readables collectible on it.
3/15 – Lieutenant Laurent
Before interacting with the Magic Object in the story, look for bee hives to the right of the path, where you can find Readables number 3 of 10.
4/15 – The Babblin’ Boy
After the Magic Object, Hazel has to cross a wild river. Right at the other side, look for a cave overgrown by branches. Destroy the branches to enter the cave. There is a flipplable metal sheet and Readables Collectible 4/15.
5/15 – Baby Faced Laurent
Follow the Story Path through the hollow log and across the river, where Hazel will need to summon a few platforms to get across. Once on the other side, turn left at the crossroads. You’ll find another metal sheet for Floof and Readables Collectible 5/15 lying on a large rock next to the wooden crates.
6/15 – Burrower’s – Lil Drunkards
Next, take the story path. At the crossroads, you’ll find a hollow tree. Inside, you’ll discover Readables Collectible 6/10.
7/15 – End of Prohibition
After defeating the Haint and sending Crouton into the burrow to clear the way, leave the train track area through the only available passage. Here, look on the right-hand side near some rum bottles to find a note. This is Readables collectible 7/15.
8/15 – Boy out of Time
In the next area, go to the building – “Logging Camp Terminal” – to the right’s former entrance. Here is Readables Collectible 8/15.
9/15 – Heart of Lace
After talking to Laurent at the Juke Joint, return to the bar and head upstairs, where you can find this Readables Collectible.
10/15 – Treatment
In one of the houses at Milltown that also has a shiny Floof inside, you can find a Readables Collectible on the table.
11/15 – A Mother’s Last Words
In the same house is another Readables Collectible on the bedframe.
12/15 – Everything Helps
At the top of Milltown is the big, closed gate. If you go to the right, you will reach a destroyed workshop with this Readable Collectible on top of one of the boxes.
13/15 – A Father’s Job
Behind the previous workshop is a Stigma fighting zone. Clear the Stigma to get access to another building in this area with this Readables on the table.
14/15 – A Penny Saved
Continue Chapter 7 until you reach the Sawmill. After using the saw to cut the tree roots, climb higher until you can exit through the roof. From there, use two grapples along the building to re-enter the mill from the other side. On the left, destroy two barricades to access a room where you’ll find the Readables collectible on the table.
15/15 – Maintaining Productivity
In the next room from there is a Floof and the last Readables collectible of Chapter 7: A Barman is Hard to Find.
Chapter 8
Chapter 8 has 4 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/4 – Delta-346 – Missing Child
In the area after the first wind tunnel, look for a tree stump with the first Readables collectible.
2/4 – Delta-346 – Weird Happenings
Next, slide down the slope, avoiding the thorns, and jump into another wind tunnel at the end. During the flight, avoid being hit by thorns. At the other end, look for a Floof and Readables collectible 2/4 to the left.
3/4 – Delta-346 – Red Yarn
Use the pile of stones to break the roots on the mountain wall and reveal a wall run. Cross to the other side using it. Right after the wall run, you’ll find the third Readables Collectible of Chapter 8: Their Eyes Were Watching, sitting on top of a tree stump.
4/4 – Delta-346 – Search Called Off
From the Stigma area, use the grapple to cross into the next area. Ahead, you’ll see a cave with red yarn. Before reaching the red yarn, check on top of a rock for the final Readables collectible in this chapter.
Chapter 9
Chapter 9 contains 12 Readables Collectibles.
1/12 – Burrower’s – Feline Intuition
At the beginning of Chapter 9, keep climbing until you reach a well-lit area with an overgrown house in the background. Look for a hollow tree here—it’s where you’ll find the first Readables collectible of the chapter.
2/12 – Cross My Heart
Before going to the Stigma to the left when coming from Itchy, check out the house with the open door nearby. Here you’ll find Readables Collectible 2/12 on the sofa.
3/12 – Dear Santa
On the kitchen table in the same house is Readables Collectible 3/12.
4/12 – Please Keep In Mind & 5/12 – You’ll be Sorry
Go into the house behind the healing point to find two Readables collectibles. One is on the furniture to the right, and the other is on the round table with the red tablecloth. In the house, you can also inspect the binoculars on the sofa and look at the painting on the wall.
6/12 – Molly Gives A Fright
Above the house with the healing point and the swing, you’ll find another house with a picnic table. Readables Collectible 6/12 is located on the table.
7/12 – Mandatory Overtime
Clear the Stigma at the Pure Pine Factory and find Readable 7/12 on the office table.
8/12 – She Did It
After unraveling the Tangle at Molly’s house, you’ll find Readables collectible 8/12 on the table in front of it.

Chapter 10
Chapter 10 has 5 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/5 – Hope’s Crossing Homecoming
Follow the path until Hazel says, “My Spindles,” while searching for her belongings in the dark swamp. At this point, turn left instead of going right along the Strand. You’ll find a Floof beside the Readables collectible.
2/5 – Sleep and Smoke
You’ll find this wall drawing, Readable 2/5, in Chapter 10. It’s located in the first area with houses that you come across.
3/5 – A Close Call
In the story, reach the area with the fireflies. Nearby stands a large, old building. Hazel wonders if this could be the settlement Catfish mentioned. Activate the staircase and enter the house to discover a drawing on the interior walls.
4/5 – A Grand Wedding
Go to the back of the house with the first firefly tree. Use your grapple to cross the swamp to a ruined building. Inside, you’ll find Readables 4/5 on the wall.
5/5 – The Flower Child
Readables Collectible 5/5 can be found as a drawing on the wall in Honey’s home.
Chapter 11
Chapter 11 has 8 Readables Collectibles. Here’s where they are.
1/8 – An Anguished Cry
Near the dock with the four explosive mushrooms at the start of Chapter 1: Muddy Waters, destroy the mushrooms and cross the dock. Just past the mushrooms, at the base of the roots footpath, you’ll see the first Readables collectible drawn on a rocky wall.
2/8 – Stowaway’s Tin Box
Enter the corrupted boat in the story and take care of two Stigmas. In the area of the second Stigma is a room with a Floof. Nearby is also Readables Collectible 2/8 on the table.
3/8 – Bill of Fare
Leave this deck and follow the roots path to the next deck, where Hazel recalls the boat disappearing over a century ago. In this dark room, you’ll find Readables collectible 3/8 on top of one of the tables.
4/8 – Old Pain, New Life
Continue the story until you reach the island with a Stigma. Clear the Stigma to find one of the Ghost Drawings – Readables 4/8 in the area.
5/8 – A Bittersweet Reunion
After destroying the Stigma in the swamp, find Readables collectible 5/8 here. Look for a ghost drawing on a rock wall just before taking the wooden path to the next story area.
6/8 – False Knowledge
Enter the first deck room of the next boat. In this room, find another ghost drawing on the wall. This is Readable Collectible 6/8.

Follow the sign to the “Town on the Tapestry”, until you get to the crossroads with a cart and a giant boar. Check out the tree stump near the singpost to find the next Readables collectible.
3/19 – The Record Keeps Skipping
Step into Roux, the magician’s cart. It’s bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Take a moment to read the Readables note attached to the gramophone.
4/19 – Milk and Sugar, Love?
Further ahead but in the same area is this sticky note collectible by a tea set.
5/19 – Ring, Ring
Keep going further into Roux’s cart, and you’ll find a red trike with a note on it.
6/19 – Roux’s Limerence
Go upstairs and find this Readables collectible on the table near the old radio.

8/19 – Still Stars Don’t Remember
In this first Stigma Zone of the Town of the Tapestry, look for a table behind a fence, where you can find this Readables collectible.

Go to the pink building and look for a door with the name “Joe Goodfellow” on it. You’ll find the note attached there.
10/19 – The Many Little Things
Use the nearby wind tunnel to reach the next section of the house with a wall run. After the wall run, look for a chair on the balcony—it has a Readables collectible.

On the same balcony but further up is Readables 11/19 on top of a small square table.

In the next area is the Health Filament. Walk towards it and check behind the white house to the right. There is Readables 12/19 on the table.

In the next housing section, look for an entrance door with the name “Ella Mae” on it. You will wind Readables 13/19 here.
Nearby is a platform at the bottom level that Hazel can summon. Get onto the platform and look for a grapple that will take you straight to a Floof.

In the area of this Floof is also Readables 14/19 on top of one of the round tables.

After the second Stigma, before passing the house with the “Dreamy Spirits” neon sign, take a moment to look back. You’ll see an advertisement that you can pull down. Climb up the small bridge it reveals to find a Floof and Readables collectible (15/19) for Chapter 12.
16/19 – Templest Hamlin, 42
Next, walk past the house with the “Dreamy Spirits” neon sign and traverse toward a “Taverne de la Tapisserie”. The entrance door with the Name “Tempest Hamlin” has Readables 16/19 attached to it. Like with the other doors, you can look through the window.
17/19 – Passage
Inside the clocktower, use the lever to get the mechanism going. Then, use the handles to ascend. In this area, look for a table and clockwork parts. There is a Readables collectible 17/19 on the table.
18/19 – I’m Trying
Continue climbing up the Clocktower, and you’ll find Readables Collectible 18/19 on a small wooden table.
19/19 – You Gotta Release It
