Mission Text:
“My father insists we practise sword fighting. We haven’t done that in ages. Something is up.”

Pieter, Coen’s father, wants to train at the clearing. Follow him there and beat him in the duel. When the conversation afterwards ends, you can choose to explore the village before mass, or wait with your family instead.

Village Quests

Decide to not wait with father to complete some of the quest in the village. Here are the available Village quests in the Prologue. Not all quests can be completed in the provided time until mass so choose wisely:

Blasphemy
The banner for the evening mass is missing.

Deep Down
Gavril needs help to find Lazar in the Peat Bog.

Disturbed
Find Kvet’s silver crucifix

Enter Not
Fulfil Ursula’s last request.

If a Tree Falls in a Forest
Find three dead soldiers in the Logging Camp.

Into the Den
Find the hidden loot from someone who died in the den.

Live Bait
Coen goes fishing with his siblings.

On the Run
Find and return a pig.

Someone Needs a Lesson
Run after Vasil and teach him a lesson.

What Happens If Time is Running Out

When all day time slots are spent, Coen will get a cutscene where he will go attend church. This can happen any time, even in the middle of a quest.

Reward: Charge Manual

This is a short quest that ends with Coen and his parents heading to mass. Along the way you receive the Charge Manual, the first Epic Character Development Manual in the game. Read it in your inventory to learn the ability.

Effect
Deals 200% Attack Damage. Stun Duration 2s. Bleed on target: 50% chance.
