Destroyed Shrines: Bear’s Maw sends you to a desecrated travel shrine in the northeast of the map in The Blood of Dawnwalker, northwest of the Maragir Wealds region. Someone stole the shrine’s heart, and a trail of footprints and bear prints leads you straight to it. Restoring the shrine costs one time slot and gives 100 XP.

Shrine: Bear’s Maw – Quest Start
To start the quest, either interact with the shrine or find the Bear’s Maw Shrine’s heart. This guide starts off by the destroyed shrine.
1 – Search for Clues Around the Shrine
Mission Text:
“Someone has desecrated the shrine and stolen its heart – typically a saint’s figurine. I should take a look around, maybe the culprit left some tracks.”
Have a look around the shrine and follow the footprints to a big patch of blood with bear prints. Inspect the patch.
2 – Follow the Tracks
Mission Text:
“The thief was careless and left some tracks behind. I should follow them if I want to reclaim the shrine’s heart.”
Follow the tracks downhill. The thief’s corpse is lying there on the ground. Loot it to find the Bear’s Maw Shrine’s Heart.
3 – Restore the Shrine
Mission Text:
“I reclaimed the shrine’s heart. Only thing left to do is return to the shrine and restore it.”
Return to the Bear’s Maw shrine and interact with it. Restoring it will cost 1 time slot.
4 – Reward

100 XP
