In the Discoveries Quest “A Remedy for All”, Indiana Jones has to find 60 Medicine Bottles across the globe. With it he can buy six Adventure Books on three locations from Valeria at the Vatican and Dr. Kafour in Gizeh and the Village Doctor in Sukhothai. These books are: Moxie 1-3 and Shaping Up 1-3.
In Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, there are 60 medicine bottles to find: 15 at the Vatican, 25 in Gizeh, and 20 in Sukhothai. Here’s where to find them all.
All Medicine Bottles with Overview Maps
The Vatican – Overview Map
Indiana Jones has to find 15 Medicine Bottles in Vatican City. The quest will be added to the Journal, as soon as you find and pick up one of the bottles. Additionally, you can complete the Mystery Quest: A Date to Remember, where you will find the Book “The Medicinal History of the Vatican”. After you pick up this book, it will mark all the medicine bottles on the Vatican City map.

Vatican Medicine Bottles Locations
Here are the locations of all fifteen medicine bottles at the Vatican, complete with maps and screenshots.

A Medicine Bottle is located in the Blackshirt Barracks in the northwest corner of the map, on the building’s second floor.

This vial is at the Blackshirt Barracks in the northwest of the map. Enter the tent that requires a Blackshirt Key. The Blackshirt Key comes with the Blackshirt Uniform, found in the Underground Boxing Ring Discovery Quest.

A bottle can be found inside one of the tents in the restricted area of the Belvedere Courtyard.

The vial is located inside the tent on the eastern side of the Belvedere Courtyard. A guard in the guardhouse will consider it stealing. Alternatively, you can use a Blackshirt Uniform disguise to avoid trouble.

Before you get to the Post Office in the story, take the side alley on the right to find this bottle.

There is another medicine bottle located at the exit of the “Tower of Nicholas V” in the southeast.

To obtain this medicine bottle, complete the “A Nun in Trouble” Fieldwork Quest to receive “Guiliana’s Key.” Use the key to unlock the door to the Borgia Courtyard’s balcony, where the bottle is located.

To find the medicine vial, head to the south of the map and look for Professor Savage for the “A Savage Discovery” Fieldwork Quest. He’s dressed in a white suit and stands in an alley near an information board. From there, climb up to a small terrace where a fascist is patrolling. You’ll find the vial there.

The Medicine Bottle is located at the entrance of the large restricted area in the southeast part of the map, near the Apostolic Palace. It’s recommended to use the Blackshirt Uniform disguise.

Head to the top floor of the Apostolic Palace to find the green room, also called Ventura’s office. The medicine bottle is located inside.

To access this medicine bottle, you’ll need to go through the sewers. The sewer key can be obtained during the “The Mad Priest” Fieldwork quest, which also requires you to pass through this area.

A Medicine Bottle can be found in the Blackshirt building at the Excavation Site near the Apostolic Palace.

This bottle can be found in the small courtyard to the south where the Washing Tent and the Blackshirt Uniform disguise are.

Speak with Valeria at the Pharmacy if you haven’t already. She sells books for medicine bottles and can also help by chasing away a cat needed for the “A Free Spirit” Mystery Quest.
Gizeh – Overview Map
Indiana Jones has to find 25 Medicine Bottles in Gizeh. You can complete the Cloud Atlas Mystery Quest in Gizeh. After you pick up this book, it will mark all the medicine bottles on the Gizeh map. Dr. Kafour at the worker’s camp will sell the same books as Valeria at the Vatican.

Gizeh Medicine Bottles Locations
Here are the locations of all twenty-five medicine bottles in Gizeh, complete with maps and screenshots.

You can find a medicine vial in Voss’ office at the Nazi compound. Look for it in the room with the bed.

In the same building, head to the second floor, where you’ll see the Gizeh model in the center. Look for a storage area that requires the Wehrmacht Key to unlock. Inside, you’ll find a Stone Stele needed for the “Belongs in a Museum” Discoveries Quest, along with another medicine bottle.
How to find the Wehrmacht Key
A Wehrmacht Uniform, together with the Wehrmacht Key is located in the tower near the Temple excavation, north of Gizeh Village. To enter the tower, head to the back and use the whip to reach the ledge. Move along the ledge to the front of the tower, where you can climb inside. The uniform is on the ground floor.

In the northeast corner of the Nazi Compound, you’ll find a wooden building with open doors. Inside, there’s a table with a medicine bottle on it.

The medicine bottle is located in the Nazi Compound. Head to the building where Indiana Jones fought Voss. Go upstairs and use the Wehrmacht Key to access the storage area. You’ll find the bottle inside.

A medicine bottle can be found at the Nazi Recreational Area, near the stage. The Nazi Compound is in the center of the Gizeh Map.

Inside the restricted camp next to the Nazi Recreational Area, there’s a tent equipped with bunk beds and sinks. You’ll find the medicine bottle placed next to the sinks.

There’s a medicine bottle in the Tunnel labeled “A2” at the Funerary Temple of Khafre dig site.

Also at the Funerary Temple of Khafre dig site, there’s a large cantina tent in the center. Inside, you’ll find one of the medicine bottles.

Continue the Fieldwork Quest: “Secret of the Queen Mother” at the Khentkawes Digsite. In the room with the water pump (identified by blue cables), look for a medicine bottle on the table.

Head to the small chamber at the top of the Khentkawes Digsite. Climb one of the wooden boxes, then use your whip to swing onto a platform where you’ll find a medicine bottle.

After collecting the last Medicine Bottle at the Khentkawes Digsite, use the whip to climb to the top. Then, take the zipline down and look for a pit where a guard is sleeping. Use the whip again to descend into this pit and grab the Medicine Bottle.

You can find a Medicine Bottle at the northeastern tent of the dig site.

Call the elevator in the center of the dig site to the top floor and send it back down while staying at the top. Use the lever to call the elevator back up. As it rises, jump on top of it to reach the top of the elevator shaft, where you can find and loot the medicine bottle.

You can find this medicine bottle on a truck parked by the roadside in the southern part of the map.

Sukhothai – Overview Map
Indiana Jones needs to collect 20 Medicine Bottles in Sukhothai, Siam. For help, you can find the Sukhothai Medicine book by completing the “Timely Arrival” Mysteries Quest. To do this, open a box located in the center-restricted camp. The locked box contains the book you need.
After you pick up this book, it will mark all the medicine bottles on the Sukhothai map. The Village Doctor will sell the same books as Valeria at the Vatican and Dr. Kafour in Gizeh.

Here are the locations of all twenty medicine bottles in Sukhothai, complete with maps and screenshots.

In the northeast corner of the map, you’ll find Voss’ Camp. Go to the cantina in the northern part of the camp and head upstairs to the second floor. Look for a medicine bottle in the infirmary.

A medicine bottle can be found in the top-floor office at Voss’ camp, near the safe for the “Voss’ Gold Stash” Fieldwork Quest.

You can find another bottle in the storage tent southeast of the camp, where the “The Serpent’s Chest” Mystery Quest starts.

You can find a medicine bottle in the Wat Sa Si camp, located in the northwest of the map. Look inside the tent on the shelf.

This bottle is located just south of the entrance to Voss’ Camp. Look for a camp with shelves—that’s where you’ll find the bottle.

The medicine bottle is located at the restricted camp, “Wat Chana Sonkhram,” in the center of the map. Check the northern guard house.

In the camp, you’ll find an infirmary tent with a bottle of medicine. Nearby, you’ll come across the start of the Mysteries quest “A Timely Arrival.” The lockbox there contains the “Sukhothai” Medicine book.

Between the Waterfall ruins and the former “Wat Chana Songkram” camp, there’s a solitary tent by the road with a medicine bottle on a shelf.
