Rise of the Ronin Scene of the Crime Walkthrough – Tobe Ringleader Photo

Step 1: Accept the Job at the Photographic Studio

Scene of the Crime is one of the photographer jobs in Yokohama. Accept it from the Photographer at his Photographic Studio in Honcho. The Photographic Studio Veiled Edge Banner is right at his shop.

Step 2: Go to Southeastern Tobe at Night

Head to Tobe, west of Yokohama. With the mission active, a round yellow mission area shows up in southeastern Tobe. Once you get close, the map highlights two camera areas.

The Murderous Thieves Clue

Open your mission menu to read the job from the Kanagawa Commissioner’s Office:

The thieves only show up at night, so use your pocketwatch or rest to skip ahead before you go in. Scene of the Crime is a Mission Level 8 job.

Step 3: Get onto the Main Building Roof

Both targets are inside the main building. Use the grapple point shown below to get onto its roof. As an alternative, you can climb the nearby watchtower and glide onto the roof from there.

Step 4: Take the Ringleader Photo

From the roof, crawl inside through the window. Line up the shot on the ringleader and his swordsman until the circle in the centre turns red, then take the photo. One photo is all you need.

If You Get Detected

The job asks for the ringleader dead or alive, so there’s no need to hold back. If you’re spotted, everyone on the property attacks. Fight them off and take the photo afterwards.

Step 5: Return to the Photographic Studio

Once you have the photo, return to the Photographic Studio in Honcho to hand it in and collect your reward.
