Vintage Radio Hypotheses is the second Vintage Radio file you can pick up after completing the Panopticon Service Request side story.

Complete the side story Freeze Frame to capture the camera causing trouble across all zones. It is then locked up in the Panopticon, and the Instant Camera (AI96-KE) case file is right next to it.

Description: An FBC alert regarding an escaped Altered Item.
Go up to the outside terrace above the Command Room at the Central Field Office. Rogue Item Alert is on top of a box next to a table.
