Description: A Field Office medic’s assessment of Lewis, the team lead at Threshold Site 7-B.

Finish the story mission Welcome to Manhattan to get the Security Level 01 keycard. It lets you into the Field Hospital at the Central Field Office. The Medic’s Assessment Recording is on the table inside.

2 – Dig Site Threshold Quarantine List (Cabinet Code)

Description: A list of the Threshold expedition team members that need to be quarantined.

While you are in the Field Hospital, report the person without a head and the locked cabinet to Zoe.

Zoe sends you to the Security Station for the cabinet code. The Security Station is in the building on the other side of the Field Hospital and has two Security Level 01 doors. Take the top door and use the computer. Select Next Screen until you see a picture of the cabinet to collect the code. Go back to the Field Hospital and open the cabinet. The Quarantine List is inside.

3 – Team Lead’s Expedition Log at the Threshold Dig Site

Head to the Threshold Dig Site northwest of the Central Field Office. The Team Lead’s Expedition Log is on the bottom floor.

TE Keycard Location – Mobile Research Station Access

Needed for: 4 – Threshold Site Recording and 7 – Dig Site Threshold Note
Location: Threshold Dig Site, Central

The TE Keycard opens the Mobile Research Station at the Threshold Dig Site, where 2 of the Dig Site Threshold collectibles are. Report the headless person at the Threshold Dig Site to Zoe, then pick up the TE Keycard from the person’s hand.

4 – Threshold Site Recording in the Mobile Research Station

Description: A disturbing recording from Threshold Site 7-B.

Use the TE Keycard to open the Mobile Research Station at the Threshold Dig Site. The Threshold Site Recording is right by the entrance.

5 – Wilson’s ID Badge on the White Lab Coat

Description: An FBC ID badge of Para-Anthropologist Clancy Wilson.

Report the white lab coat next to the headless body to Zoe. Then interact with the lab coat again to pick up Wilson’s ID Badge.

Go back into the Mobile Research Station with the TE Keycard. The Dig Site Threshold Note is on the table at the far end of the room.
