Flying Papers
There are 2 Flying Papers in Jorvik.
West Jorvik
The first Flying Paper is located in the western part of Jorvik, over the river, and northeast of the Jorvik Theatre. Begin by approaching the Flying Paper’s location. Once activated, follow its precise path carefully while running and jumping across rooftops or obstacles as needed. Stay quick on your feet and catch the paper to obtain the Vegvisir Scheme (Back) as your prize.
Center Jorvik
The second Flying Paper can be found between the Councillor’s House and Coppergate Market in Jorvik. Like the first Flying Paper, activate it by approaching, then chase it along its designated route until you manage to catch it. Successfully capturing the paper will reward you with the Vegvisir Scheme (Front).
Roman Artifacts
There are 2 Roman Artifacts in Jorvik.
Eboracum Sewers
This Roman Artifact is located north of the Eboracum Sewers and southeast of The Minster. To retrieve it, head to the site and look for a large set of ancient pillars. You’ll need to climb one of these towering pillars to reach the Artifact sitting at the top. Be sure to check all possible routes to ensure you reach it safely.
Royal Hall East
East of the Royal Hall at the base of a large bridge, you’ll find a weak wall or stone barricade blocking the Artifact. To break the wall, you must first collect an oil jar. Travel to the waterside on the opposite side of the river, where you’ll spot oil jars available for use. Use a boat or other means to transport an oil jar back to the weak wall. Once there, throw the oil jar at the barricade to uncover the collectible.
Treasure Hoard Map Jorvik
Here’s how to find the Treasure Hoard Map in Jorvik and the location of the Treasure based on its description.
Treasure Hoard Map Location
To begin your hunt, head to The Minster in Jorvik. Once inside, locate the stone shelf near one of the main entrance doors. Push or pull the shelf to reveal a hidden room situated directly behind the altar. Within this secret area, you will find the Jorvik Hoard Map. Collect it and closely examine its contents to decipher the instructions leading to the treasure.
The Jorvik Hoard Map contains this cryptic message:
“From the top of Forseti’s Rest, you will see a lady standing at the southern boundary of Jorvik, looking at the river day and night. The treasure is protected by her trained eye. She is a blessed one, eternally loyal to the relics of lost saints.”
This riddle will guide you to the treasure’s location.
Treasure Spot Location
With the map in hand, make your way to Forseti’s Rest, a prominent landmark in Jorvik. From the top of this location, focus on the southern boundary of the city, where you will spot a female statue watching over the river. This statue is the key to finding the treasure.
Approach the figure and examine the bowl she is holding—it’s here that the treasure is hidden. Interact with the statue to retrieve the reward, the Huginn Call Scheme (Head). This exclusive customization item adds a unique flair to your character, making the effort truly worthwhile.
With all the Jorvik Artifacts in your collection, you’ve taken another step toward mastering Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Keep exploring the world to uncover more hidden treasures and thrilling adventures!
