How to Earn Kyber Bricks

Fulfill specific objectives in Out for the Count to acquire six Kyber Bricks.

True Jedi Status

To collect the six Kyber Bricks in this level, focus on gathering studs throughout the playthrough. Fill the white, blue, and purple bars at the top of the screen to unlock the “True Jedi” status. Destroy every object you see to maximize your stud count, and revisit locations where you’ve collected Minikits to pick up purple studs now left behind.

Story Completion Rewards

Completing the story, gathering all Minikits, and finishing every Challenge will reward you with additional Kyber Bricks.

How to Get the Minikits

Below is a step-by-step guide to finding all five Minikits in Out for the Count.

Minikit 1 – Extra Parts

At the start of the level, head left and find a silver door. Use a Villain character to blow it open with a grenade. Inside, proceed through the corridor and locate an Astromech Terminal. Open the door with it to access a room with three red-blue glowing generators. Pull the levers on all three generators to get the first Minikit.

Minikit 2 – We’re Smarter Than This

After entering through the silver door and reaching the corridor, push the button to access another hallway. Across from this area is a room with a rubbish skip. Search the rubbish skip to recover the parts needed to assemble the second Minikit.

Minikit 3 – Store Room Surprise

Near the top of the map, close to the story-related command room, look for a locked room. Cut it open using a Jedi or Dark Side character. Inside, you’ll find a General Grievous statue missing its lightsabers. Destroy objects in the room to find four lightsabers and use the Force to position them in the statue’s hands to earn this Minikit.

Minikit 4 – Grievously Egotistical

At the end of the large parallel corridors, you’ll encounter a barrier. Look behind you for a blue box. Move the box to the barrier with unstable power and use it to jump over the lasers when the top deactivates briefly. The Minikit is in the northeastern corner of the room. Destroy everything inside to reveal it.

Minikit 5 – It Lay Beyond Lasers

Locate a round control room with a C-3PO Terminal. Use C-3PO to operate the terminal and select the alarm symbol. This will open the storage room in the same area. Inside the storage room, you’ll find the final Minikit.

How to Complete the Challenges

Follow this guide to complete the three Challenges in Out for the Count.

Challenge 1 – Beep Boop Backup

“Activate the friendly Turret Droid.”

At the start, find the silver door to the left and destroy it with a Villain’s grenade. Enter the room and use the C-3PO Terminal to activate the friendly turret droid. Activating the droid completes this Challenge.

Challenge 2 – Civil War

“Defeat an enemy droid using their own kind.”

Inside the same control room where you unlock Minikit 5, use the C-3PO Terminal again to take control of a droid. Use this droid to attack and destroy another enemy droid to finish the Challenge.

Challenge 3 – Wet Floor!

“Take out the Droideka like a true scoundrel.”

Explore the large corridor leading north and find a water tank on the wall. Switch to a Scoundrel character, aim at the tank, and destroy it. This action will spill water and take out a Droideka, successfully completing the Challenge.
