1 – Boosting the Speeder at the Daruda Diner

Location: Daruda Diner, Jaunta’s Hope – Toshara

“A mechanic on Toshara can upgrade Kay’s speeder.”

Head to the Daruda Diner in Jaunta’s Hope, the settlement in the western part of the Toshara map, and talk to the bartender behind the counter.

He knows a local speeder mechanic called Selo Rovak, but warns that she doesn’t trust strangers. Her friends in the windfishing settlement of Kadua can tell you where to find her.

While you are in town, the Jaunta’s Hope treasures are all a short walk from the diner.

2 – Selo’s People in Kadua

Location: Fishing boats in the middle of Kadua – Toshara

Kadua lies in the northwest of the Toshara map, west of Mirogana City, on the eastern border of The Mirage. In the middle of the village, two people work on the fishing boats.

Talk to them, and one of them tells Kay that Selo lives cliffside near Jaunta’s Hope.

3 – Selo’s Shop – Where to Find Selo Rovak

Location: Cliff northeast of Jaunta’s Hope – Toshara

Selo’s shop sits on a cliff northeast of Jaunta’s Hope. Look for the smoke rising from the campfire in the middle of her camp.

Selo is the only person there, so she is easy to spot.

4 – Selo’s Deal – Start The Mechanic Quest

Location: Selo’s Shop, northeast of Jaunta’s Hope – Toshara

Selo is hesitant at first, but then offers Kay a deal. To boost the speeder, she needs an atmospheric accelerator from an Imperial wind harvester.

Kay agrees to steal it, and Selo hands her Magnetic Disruptors to stop the turbine so she can get inside the facility.

This completes the Speeder Mechanic intel and starts The Mechanic quest. Finish it to unlock Selo as an Expert in the Abilities menu and get the Speed Boost for your speeder.

What to do next with Selo’s abilities:
– The Scoundrel’s Pouch upgrade needs the Durafiber Fabric key part.
– The Smoke Bomb ability needs the Smoke Bomb Compressor.
