Grapple up to the Shores of Nine building north of Tyr’s Temple and grapple-swing across the chasm. The Artifact is just there on the floor next to a big, red glowing chest.

Yggdrasil Rifts

Enter Shores of Nine from the lakeside. At the arm, turn left (that’s where Loki and Sindri went to see the snake in the story) and follow the path up. From here you will see the first Rift just across the chasm. Jump over it and fight the elves before you can finally close the Yggdrasil Rift.

From the last Rift, take note of the elevator nearby. It’s full of plant growth. Attack it with your blades to burn them away. Then, you can call the elevator and use it to go up. You’ll discover the Alfheim Tower Mystic Gateway and the second Yggdrasil Rift just next to it. Interact with the Rift to close it.

Tyr’s Right Bracer

Remember the Arm on ground floor, where Loki and Sindri went through to get to the Snake? Free the arm of the brambles with the fire of your blades and you will see the shining, blue runes of Tyr’s Right Bracer.
