Besacarr Hamlet – Overview Map
There are 8 Forger’s Anvils at the Besacarr Hamlet in Blades of Fire numbered in the order of appearance.
2 – Troll River
Cross the bridge to the village and take the cliff path down to the left. There is a barricaded building along this path. Make sure to destroy the piles of wood there to reveal a gap in the wall, where you can squeeze inside. Here is the Spears Seneschal.
Look for a rope in the building that takes you down one level. There is a chest here, but also a barricaded door that you can now open to reach the Troll River Anvil.
3 – Dry Riverbed
The Dry Riverbed Anvil is in the center of the village and can be reached by various paths. The biggest issue here, when reaching it for the first time, is the Troll that patrols the village. To defeat the troll in the village of Besacarr Hamlet, best use a heavy attack on its head when it tries to recover. This will remove its head and it can’t see.
4 – Crimson Fort Overlook
After visiting Glinda at the Angel’s Cliff anvil in the Kar-Lethel Swamp, Aran now has the Time Rune from the Blue Lady. Return to the Dry Riverbed Anvil and search for a crank/lever for the western village gate. You can find it just below the Dry Riverbed Anvil at this location:
Take it to the western gate and use it to unlock the entrance.
Follow the path to reach the Crimson Fort Overlook anvil, where you can use the Time Rune to cross over to the Crimson Fort, where you can discover all the Chests and Seneschal Statues.
5 – Peak of Enchantment
The Peak of Enchantment is the first anvil to reach in the Besacarr Hamlet, after finding the three pieces of the Golem’s heart at the Doyen Graves and crossing the Cursed Bridge.
7 – Iron Castle Entrance
From the Queen’s Watch Anvil, head north to find the Iron Castle Entrance anvil, leading to the boss fight with Aecides, but also to the Iron Castle Chests and Seneschals.
8 – Mill Road
At Belitara’s Witchwood, there is a Soul Rune in the southwest. Follow the story until the Blue Lady offers you a Soul Rune while at the King’s Bastion in the Niveous Realm world. Return to Belitara’s Witchwood and offer the Soul Rune a weapon charged with souls. This will give you the crank/lever for the bridge to the south.
Use the crank/lever on the bridge and cross over to the Crop Fields. Follow the path up to the mill, where you can find the Mill Road Anvil.
By following this guide, you’ll have no trouble locating every Forger’s Anvil at the Besacarr Hamlet. These points are invaluable for crafting, repairing, and traversing the area with ease. Keep this guide handy as you explore to ensure you’re fully prepared for the challenges ahead.
