Welcome to my guide for finding all Seneschal Statues at the Besacarr Hamlet, Aecides Domain, in Blades of Fire. This walkthrough provides clear directions and visuals to help you uncover every statue, ensuring you don’t miss out on weapon parts along the way.
Seneschal statues are wooden figures of a warrior holding a specific type of weapon. To get a weapon part, interact with a Seneschal statue while holding the same type of weapon. There are 7 weapon types: Daggers, Twins, Sabers, Swords, Greatswords, Polearms, and Spears. Each type includes 5 weapons, and each weapon can be upgraded a limited number of times. You can check the available upgrades in the “Forge Scrolls” section of the in-game menu. The parts you’ve collected will be shown under the weapon with a Seneschal symbol. Once you’ve collected all the parts for a weapon, it will turn bronze and can no longer be presented to a Seneschal statue.

Besacarr Hamlet Overview Map
Below you will find the overview map of Besacarr Hamlet with the Seneschal highlighted. The Seneschal can be reached during three stages of the game: At the start, when coming from Doyen Graves, and after acquiring the Soul Rune.

1 – Swords Seneschal
After crossing the bridge coming from the camp, the Swords Seneschal is on the second path from the left.
2 – Daggers Seneschal
After crossing the bridge from the camp, turn right and follow the path towards the north. At the back, you can drop down to reach an uphill camp. Turn left. Under a bridge is the statue.
3 – Twins Seneschal
There is a Twins Seneschal at the center west of the village.
4 – Spears Seneschal
After crossing the bridge coming from the camp, take the cliff path down to the left. There is a barricaded building along this path. Make sure to destroy the piles of wood there to reveal a gap in the wall, where you can squeeze inside. Here is the Spears Seneschal.
5 – Greatswords Seneschal
The Greatsword Seneschal Statue is standing in the southwestern corner of Besacarr Hamlet village.
6 – Polearms Seneschal
The Polearms Seneschal Statue is standing in the south of the Besacarr Hamlet village, just by the mill.
7 – Sabers Seneschal
After finding the 3 Pieces of the Golem’s Heart and clearing the Cursed Bridge, Aran finds himself in a camp at Belitara’s Witchwood, part of Besacarr Hamlet. Here, west of the Queen’s Watch anvil is the Sabers Seneschal.
8 – Swords Seneschal
Head north of the Queen’s Watch Anvil to find a Swords Seneschal.
9 – Twins Seneschal
Just east of the previous Seneschal is a Twins Seneschal by a broken bridge.
10 – Spears Seneschal
At Belitara’s Witchwood, there is a Soul Rune in the southwest. Follow the story until the Blue Lady offers you a Soul Rune while at the King’s Bastion in the Niveous Realm world. Return to Belitara’s Witchwood and offer the Soul Rune a weapon charged with souls. This will give you the crank/lever for the bridge to the south.
Enter this new area called “Crop Fields” and find the Mill Road Anvil near the massive windmill to the north of this area. From here, cross over the gate bridge to the west, where you can open a gate and fight two Athanatoi Shaman. Then, cross over the next bridge and head uphill to the left, where you can find this Spears Seneschal.
