Blades of Fire: All Chests Southern Hiss City

Welcome to my guide on finding all chest locations in Southern Hiss City, in Blades of Fire. To reach the Southern Hiss City, Aran and Adso arrive at the Watchtower Domain and travel north, crossing the City of Curved Stones, where they enter a sandstorm in search of the Novice’s Flute. There are only two chests in the Southern Hiss City. Here’s how to get to them.

1 – Arena: Troll

Head to the arena in the center of Southern Hiss City, just north of the Citadel Overlook Anvil, to fight the troll. Look for a green dispenser emitting a green light – it will teleport Aran to the arena when it hits you, starting the fight. Battle your way through until you face the troll. Once you defeat it, you’ll find the chest in the cell where the troll was locked.

2 – Above Green Orb Dispenser

Next to the green arena dispenser that launches green orbs to trigger the arena fight, you’ll find a locked door. To unlock it, head toward the orb dispenser, but instead of engaging, turn left and carefully dodge the incoming orbs to avoid starting the fight. Follow this path to its end, where you’ll encounter the Hiss carrying the Viper Key. Once you have the key, return to the dispenser and unlock the gate beside it. Behind the gate, you’ll discover a ladder leading up to the roof, where a chest awaits. Before climbing the ladder, dodge the orb one last time, otherwise it will hit you while you’re on the ladder.
