Spider-Man 2 Central Park Spider-Bots and 100% Completion Guide

All Central Park activities are introduced during the main story. They reward you with Tech Parts, Rare Tech Parts and City Tokens, and a full district completion adds extra Hero Tokens. Some activities can also be started from the FNSM App, and finishing every activity across New York unlocks new suits.

Both Central Park Spider-Bot Locations

There are 2 Spider-Bots in Central Park: Iron Spider in a road tunnel in the north and Spider-Man 1602 in the center of the park. They never show on the big map, but send out a pulse and sound cue when you get close.

Iron Spider Spider-Bot

Location: Small road tunnel in the north of Central Park

Look for the small tunnel for cars in the north of the Central Park map. The Iron Spider Spider-Bot crawls on the tunnel ceiling.

Spider-Man 1602 Spider-Bot

Location: Center of Central Park

This one hides in the center of the Central Park map. Watch for the pink pulse it sends out to spot it quickly.

Location: Lake in the south of Central Park

Head to the lake in the south of Central Park to find the Sand Crystal. Defeat the Sandmen first, then press Triangle to interact with the crystal.

Both Central Park Photo Ops

There are 2 Photo Ops in Central Park. Swipe up on your controller to open photo mode and move the camera until “Subject in Focus” appears, then take the picture. The Photo Ops of all other districts are in the Photo Ops guide.

The Truth Photo Op

Location: North of Central Park

A man in the northern part of Central Park tries to convince everyone that aliens are already among us. Take his photo to complete The Truth.

To the Beat Photo Op

Location: South of Central Park

Head to the south of Central Park and take a photo of the people dancing there.

Both Central Park EMF Experiments

There are 2 EMF Experiments for Central Park, and both start on a rooftop just outside the park. They are introduced in the main story when Harry leads Peter through the EMF building. Only Peter can do EMF Experiments, so switch to him before you reach the station.

Central Park: Bee Drones EMF Experiment

Location: Rooftop in the Upper West Side, near the border to Central Park

Interact with the EMF Experiments station on the roof to start the briefing with Dr. Young. You use a bee drone to complete two tests.

Test 1: Fly the bee drone into the highlighted purple targets. You need to destroy 12 targets before the battery runs out.

Test 2: Fly through 7 bee holograms while the drone dispenses pheromones automatically. The holograms are in the highlighted area on the minimap. Once you pass the last one, the experiment is complete.

Central Park: Energy EMF Experiment

Location: Rooftop in Harlem, right at the border to Central Park

After the briefing, go to the mission marker in Central Park and get on the bike at the bike rack. Follow the quest markers through the highlighted checkpoints: X to accelerate, L2 to brake and R2 to boost. Use the ramps to keep your speed up. The experiment ends once you reach the finish.

Central Park Mysterium

Everyone’s a Critic Mysterium

Location: East side of Central Park, right at the border to the Upper East Side

Goal: Defeat 30 enemies as quickly as possible.
Gold: under 1:45
Silver: under 2:15
Bronze: over 2:15
