Standing Stones
There are 2 Standing Stones in Snotinghamscire.
Aescforda Stones
Travel to the freezing waters east of Stoneburgh to find the Aescforda Standing Stones. Your task here involves smashing the Weak Ice Walls in the area. Look for one ice wall that stands out due to its unique shape, as this is critical for completing the reflection puzzle. Once all ice walls are smashed, stand in the correct location (as depicted in the images) to solve the puzzle.
Eorthburg Hlaw
Search for a Weak Ice Wall near this location and smash through it to reveal a small cave. Inside, solve the picture challenge to complete this Mystery.
Treasure of Britain: Deoraby Spar Cavern
Enter the Deoraby Spar Cavern and proceed through the passage until you encounter a locked door. Retrieve the key from a nearby dead body and loot the area for additional items, including an Opal. Traverse the cavern carefully, climbing walls when necessary, to reach the other end and claim the Treasure of Britain.
World Events
There are 6 World Events in Snotinghamscire.
A Althing for the Half-Grown
Visit Hemthorpe and find six children seated on stools in a ruined tower. They will present three scenarios requiring your decision-making. Choose a side in each scenario by sitting either on the stool made of hay or the one with bean bags.
A Cordial Invitation
Near the Sherwood Hideout, you’ll find a man beside a cart in need of protection. Engage the approaching Picts to defend him. Afterward, speak with him, and he will invite you to the Sherwood Hideout.
Stoneman
Meet a girl in Stoneburgh who struggles to create a Cairns tower. Offer to assist by building a stable stone tower for her, completing this World Event in the process.
The Efficient Cremation
West of Wenloch Abbey, a grieving Norse Man struggles to perform an efficient cremation due to a lack of fuel. Search behind his house to find a shelf hiding an oil jar. Move the shelf, retrieve the jar, and throw it into the fire to increase its intensity. Speak to the man once more and then assassinate him after this chain of events concludes.
The Good Men of Sherwood
West of the Sherwood Hideout, you’ll come across a group engaging in archery practice. To participate, shoot one of the targets to initiate the event. Follow the instructions, which include shooting pottery above targets, talking to the instructor, and eventually aiming at a chicken on a stick positioned high above the targets. Completing these tasks will earn you a reward.
The Myth in the Mountains
Explore further west of Hemthorpe and the Cairns tower to stumble upon a camp of Picts panicking over a legend in the mountains. Ascend the mountain while dodging distractions until you locate a straw man. Use a torch to set the straw man ablaze, which triggers the appearance of a warrior. Defeat this enemy to complete the World Event.
