The truck is located in the outdoor vicinity of “Loud Valley Resort,” designated for garbage transportation. Pop 30 balloons around the resort to earn the “Fight For Your Right (To Party)” Achievement.

2 – Outdoors
The outdoor space features a spacious garden with a campfire and a water tap, alongside a large porch including a lounge area and a swimming pool. Accessible from this area are the Party House Main Building and the Cabins.
2.1 – Garden
The Garden features a spacious open campfire area, connected to a large porch of the Party House that overlooks a pool and the pool maintenance room. The tap for filling the bucket is conveniently located near the campfire.

True Cleaner Mode: Garden Dirt
If you’re taking on True Cleaner Mode and having trouble locating the dirt, here are some screenshots and details to guide you:
In the garden, a single handprint can be found on the Loud Valley sign near the truck, as well as on the wall, the metal sheet by the dumpster, and the dumpster itself. The campfire site is in complete disarray, with all four benches left dirty and unkempt.

2.2 – Porch
The Porch is split between a dining section, a lounge section, and a pool zone. Located at the rear of the pool is the Pool Maintenance Room. The Porch also provides access to the Party House via a bathroom or a separate door.
Once the pool is cleaned, it needs to be refilled. The red glowing control panel is hidden among the pool toys. Tossing all the toys into the pool will reveal the panel, allowing you to interact with it to refill the pool.
To complete the “Move Furniture” task, stack the 6 barrels next to the Pool Maintenance Room. Four barrels are spread around the garden and pool area, one is in the lounge, and another stands between Cabin #1 and Cabin #2.

If you’re taking on True Cleaner Mode and having trouble locating the dirt, here are some screenshots and details to guide you:
The porch shows signs of disarray, with dirt scattered across the floor and on the dining area table. In the lounge area of the porch, where the victim is located, there is a significant amount of dirt on the floor, couch, and even some on the back wall. A trail of dirt leads from the porch to the pool, where the dirt in the water is clearly visible. Additionally, be sure to inspect the area surrounding the pool for any wine or beer spills.

There are three cabins that can be accessed through the garden. There are a couple of things that you will find between the cabins. See below.

The initial cabin presents a disheveled porch hosting a figure atop an untidy white sofa chair. Internally, the cabin exudes near-pristine emptiness. A ladder ascends to the bedroom and a petite balcony.

At the back of Cabin #1 is a door that you can destroy. Inside is a little weed farm full of valuables (see the Cabin #1 STEAL list above).

3.2 – Cabin #2
Aside from a pizza box and a few pizza slices, the porch of Cabin #2 appears neat and orderly. The door is securely locked.
How to Get Into the Locked Cabin #2
To gain entry, backtrack to the first floor of Cabin #1, exit through the balcony, and traverse to Cabin #2’s accessible window. A quick leap is required (run-jump). Once inside, you can unlock the door from within.

At Cabin #2 the dirt can be seen from above (first two screenshots). The floor and all the walls are affected. There is a little dirt near the kitchen entrance as well. Upstairs and outside are clean apart from the pizza slices.

3.3 – Cabin #3
Cabin #3 is a secluded construction area. To gain entry, remove two planks from the fence adjacent to the cabin. Proceed through the front door to encounter another individual. This cabin uniquely features a faucet for the cleaning bucket.
To reach the Cabin’s first floor, climb up the tree with the ladder planks on the outside.

Before you continue your cleaning exercise, look for the second secret. Between Cabin #3 and the pool area wall is a secret path behind a bush and the balloons. Walk to the end to get the “Single Ladies” Achievement.

There is only a little dirt on the ground floor around the victim (screenshots 1 & 2), but upstairs is a different story. The whole floor, the walls, and the furniture need to be cleaned thoroughly.

Access the Party House at Loud Valley Resort via either the Bathroom or the Outdoor Porch entrance.
4.1 – Bathroom
The bathroom, accessible from both the outside porch and the Lounge, features a water tap designed for filling the cleaning bucket.
