Crimson Desert: Twisted Fate Questline Walkthrough

#1 – Ludvig’s Whereabouts

Ludvig’s Whereabouts is the first quest of Chapter 7: Homecoming -> Twisted Fate. It follows right after facing Myurdin in Decisive Battle.

Description:
“Duane and Shane are on the hunt for any trace of Ludvig. Go and see if they discovered anything useful.”

With Kliff recovering from the fight against Myurdin, you now play as Oonka. Travel to the east to meet Duane and Shane at the Beighen Candlery.

#2 – Time to Face Justice

Description:
“Investigate the location where the Jackals were last seen for any sign of Ludvig. He will not escape this time.”

Head to the quest marker in the southeast, just across the river. There is a “Stranger” there that you can talk to.

Track Ludvig

To track Ludvig, use “Blinding Flash” (Guide #109 in the in-game guides menu). You will see a white line you can follow toward the south.

The track first leads to Beighen Weavery in the west, then uphill and south past Stellen Manor.

Just after Stellen Manor, you can find an injured Greymane by the side of the road. Talk to him to find out more about Ludvig.

Keep following the path uphill, east at the crossroads, where you can activate an Abyss Nexus fast-travel point. Enter the area with the fence. Examine the item in the center of the floor to fight Ludvig.

For me, this was the hardest Boss Fight so far, since I only played Kliff.

Oonka’s armor is already Lightnight Resistant, so it only needs upgrading. Same as the axe. I ended up resetting his skills to power up Oonka for the fight by investing in them and having enough to upgrade his gear. Then I went out to fight some bandits to learn Oonka’s abilities. After that, I could defeat Ludvig with a lot of dodges.

Your comrades are waiting at the cemetery in Pailune town. Join them for Jian’s funeral to complete chapter seven.
