Crimson Desert: The Hermit Witch Quest Walkthrough

The The Hermit Witch quest in Crimson Desert is the first faction quest for the Witches, unlocked after receiving a note from the White Crow. You’ll need to locate the marked area north of Hernand and enter the Shadow’s Whisper Cave.

In this guide, you’ll learn where to find the cave entrance, how to reach Sylvia the Novice Witch, and how to complete the quest step-by-step. Follow along to finish this short quest.

Starting the Quest

The quest can be found by opening the map after receiving a note from the White Crow about gears. North of Hernand town, there is a question mark with the Witches’ faction symbol.

The entrance is at the bottom of the bridge near a fast travel platform. Follow the path into the “Shadow’s Whisper Cave”.

Quest Description:
“The White Crow has pointed you toward an expert in Abyss gears. Head to the location she mentioned.”

Meet Sylvia the Novice Witch

Sylvia is inside the “Shadow’s Whisper Cave.” This will complete the first Faction Quest for the Witches “Refined Power”.
