The Girl Lost in the Mists is a Vellua Fishermen’s Guild questline in Crimson Desert, available directly after completing Beyond the Silent Waves.
A villager named Vera is still in distress after Vellua’s liberation – a girl named Rosa has gone missing. The questline has two quests and takes you to the coast west of Vellua and onto the pirate ship Singing Catfish. This guide covers where to find Rosa, how to board the ship, and where to find the hidden Pirate King Hat on board.

Starting the Quest
The Girl Lost in the Mists is a Vellua Fishermen’s Guild faction questline in Crimson Desert that follows right after liberating Vellua by defeating Sir Catfish in Beyond the Silent Waves. The questline has two individual quests: The Missing Girl and Through the Current.
Quest description:
“Someone is sobbing in Vellua, despite having found peace again. Find out what’s going on.”
#1 – The Missing Girl
Talk to the Villager
Talk to the crying villager, Vera, in Vellua.
#2 – Through the Current
Description:
“Look into Rosa’s whereabouts along the coast near the village.”
Rescue the Girl
The girl is kept west of Vellua, near the Abyss Nexus. Defeat all pirates and untie Rosa.
Defeat the Pirates on the Catfish
Rosa asks you to take care of the pirates once and for all. Operate one of the nearby rowboats and row to the Catfish, the big ship.
Board the Singing Catfish and liberate it. There is also a treasure chest down the staircase with a Pirate King Hat. It lets you detect treasure when wearing it!
Take the Girl to the Village
Return to the Girl and take her to the village.
