Starting the Quest
This quest will be available at Howling Hill after finding the third group of Greymanes in the quest A Rumor in Ivynook, where you will find Brice, Devan, and Evelyn. All three of them have a commission quest after that.
This is a Greymane Faction Quest -> Commissions -> Tales of the Greymanes
Quest description:
“Evelyn wants to begin archery training for the Greymanes, and asked you to bring her some arrows.”
Talk to Evelyn
Evelyn can be found standing between Ross, the Dispatch Coordinator, and Carl, the Provisions Keeper. Talk to her and listen to her request.
Hand over 20 Arrows
This is one of the easier quests. Either buy arrows at the smithy in Hernand or craft some with Iron and timber. Return to Evelyn when you have 20 Arrows and hand them over.
