Crimson Desert: Berto’s Request Quest Walkthrough

Berto’s Request is a Hernand Commission in Crimson Desert, available in Vellua after completing both Beyond the Silent Waves and The Girl Lost in the Mists. Berto, a merchant at the Vellua market, needs a Fishing Rod delivered to someone down by the water. This guide covers where to find Berto and where to make the delivery.

Starting the Quest

Complete the two Vellua Fishermen’s Guild questlines Beyond the Silent Waves and The Girl Lost in the Mist. As soon as Vellua is liberated and safe, Berto will have a request.

This is a Hernand Faction Quest -> Hernand Commissions

Berto’s Location

Berto’s home is in Vellua village. He has his shop at the small Vellua market. He wants you to deliver a Fishing Rod.

Deliver the Fishing Rod

The owner of the fishing rod is down by the water. It is a “stranger”. Use your lantern to get the “Hand Over” prompt.
