Park Survey is one of the collectible bundles in the Control Resonant Archives, with 11 FBC documents on the Mold outbreak in the Park. Most of them turn up at the FBC Base and during the Park Resonant, New Growth and Carbon Copy, with two in the Central Field Office. 1 – The Mold
Location: The Park

Description: An FBC report on the nature of the Mold.
There is an old, overgrown checkpoint between Central and the Park. The way in is a Mold-packed checkpoint elevator in the northeast of Central, east of the Central Vendor. The Mold report is in the checkpoint corridor.
2 – A Note On Rules

Description: Rules for entering The Park.
A Note On Rules is in the corridor of the Park Checkpoint in the northeast of Central.
3 – Notes On The New Mold Strains
Location: The Park
Collectible Category: Park Survey (3 of 11)
Description: An FBC researcher’s questions regarding the new Mold strains.
Once you have found the new Mold strains nearby during the Park Resonant quest, these notes are at the FBC Base, next to the Ranger you can talk to.
4 – Research Notes On The Mold
Location: The Park
Collectible Category: Park Survey (4 of 11)
Description: Notes on the Mold’s exponential growth, written by a member of Underhill’s team.
In the side story New Growth, you get the key to Dr. Raya Underhill’s apartment in the northeast of the Park. The research notes are inside. The rest of the New Growth documents are in the Dr. Raya Underhill collectibles guide.
5 – Research Memo

Collectible Category: Park Survey (5 of 11)
Description: A research memo on the new strain of Mold and the strange Mold growth found in Park Valley.
The Research Memo is on one of the tables at the FBC Base. You have to read it to move the Park Resonant quest forward.
6 – A Farewell Note
Location: The Park
Collectible Category: Park Survey (6 of 11)
Description: A note left by Cecilia Brown in the event of her death.
During the Park Resonant quest, Dylan has to eat four pieces of Delicious Mold to open the Mold Gate. A Farewell Note is behind the gate, next to a corpse.
7 – Resonant Entity Report (The Park)

Collectible Category: Park Survey (7 of 11)
Description: An FBC report on the Resonant Entity discovered in the Park.
This report only appears after you defeat the Park Resonant. Go to the small lab on street level just below the FBC Base and talk to the lab assistant. Tell them there was a Mold Resonant and things should be quieter now. The assistant then writes the Resonant Entity Report, which you find at the back of the same lab.
8 – An Angry Note
Location: The Park
Collectible Category: Park Survey (8 of 11)
Description: A very frustrated note written by one of the FBC researchers in the Park.
An Angry Note is also at the FBC Base, on the rooftop towards the east. Use Ground Slam on the ability door on the roof to get inside. The note is in the same room as the Player Customization Box.
9 – Letter To Hannah
Location: The Park
Collectible Category: Park Survey (9 of 11)
Description: A letter from Heidi to her sister, Hannah.
During the side story Carbon Copy, the Letter To Hannah is on the coffee table in Hannah’s apartment.
10 – Medical Report: Hannah Garrett
Location: Central Field Office
Collectible Category: Park Survey (10 of 11)
Description: A medical report on Hannah’s condition.
The Medical Report is in the ER Medical Unit at the Central Field Office. You can only pick it up during Carbon Copy Part 2.
11 – Note From Heidi
Location: Central Field Office
Collectible Category: Park Survey (11 of 11)
Description: A hastily scribbled note left behind by Heidi.
The Note From Heidi is in the same ER Medical Unit, on one of the beds.
