Central Factory Investigation is one of the collectible bundles in the Control Resonant Archives, with 7 collectibles. The Injury Report is at the Central Field Office, the other six are in the tunnels under the Patterned Factory during The Central Resonant quest. 1 – Injury Report: Factory Accident
Location: Central Field Office
Collectible Category: Central Factory Investigation (1 of 7)
Description: A medical report on FBC personnel suffering severe burns.
The Injury Report: Factory Accident is just below the Field Hospital at the Central Field Office. It is on one of the desks in the little office area.
2 – City Maintenance Observations
Quest: The Central Resonant
Location: Patterned Factory, Central
Collectible Category: Central Factory Investigation (2 of 7)
Description: A voice recording from two NYC maintenance workers.
Take the elevator down in the Patterned Factory and go past the Fast Travel Door. Climb the long staircase, turn around at the top and take the right side tunnel between the two pipes. Keep to the right to reach a dead end room with a loot box and two dead maintenance workers. One of them carries the City Maintenance Observations.
3 – Factory Log #1

Description: A recording made by someone living in the tunnels after abandoning their job.
Go back to the save point in the corridor with the pipes and turn left this time. Factory Log #1 is on a table there.
4 – Factory Log #2
Quest: The Central Resonant
Location: Patterned Factory, Central
Collectible Category: Central Factory Investigation (4 of 7)
Description: A second recording made by someone living in the tunnels, trying to muster some hope for their future.
From Factory Log #1, follow the tunnel to a room full of Hiss. A big pipe blocks one of the corridors. Jump over it to find two tables at the end of the corridor, with Factory Log #2 on one of them.
5 – Factory Log #3
Quest: The Central Resonant

Collectible Category: Central Factory Investigation (5 of 7)
Description: A third recording made by someone living in the tunnels, eight years after their first tape.
Go back to the big staircase and take the left side tunnel between the two pipes. Find the room with the health upgrade box, where Dylan can report a Makeshift Living Space. Factory Log #3 is on the table next to it.
6 – An Old Journal
Quest: The Central Resonant

Description: Old journal entries left by the person living in the tunnels.
An Old Journal is in the same room as Factory Log #3, on the other table.
7 – FBC ID Badge
Quest: The Central Resonant
Location: Patterned Factory, Central
Collectible Category: Central Factory Investigation (7 of 7)
Description: A partly burned ID badge of an FBC employee.
The FBC ID Badge only appears after you defeat the Deserter, the lava Resonant inside the Patterned Factory. It is lying on the round floor, in the same spot where the Deserter falls.
