Description: A report on an unidentified subject entering the Oldest House seven years ago.

Northwest of the Oldest House is an Atlantis Coffee Shop with a secret. Read the Shop Opening Instructions, use the power switch, then turn on all appliances from smallest to biggest:
1: Radio (in the sitting area)
2: Small coffee machine (on the red counter)
3: Big coffee machine
4: Soda machine
5: Microwave
6: Fridge

This opens the door to the secret basement.

The Report on Unidentified Female Subject is in the second room of the basement.

2 – Report On 34 Thomas Street

Description: An observation report on the Oldest House.

This report is in the first room of the Atlantis Coffee Shop basement, the same room as the Health Upgrade box.

3 – Clarification Of Mandate

Location: Downtown

Description: An e-mail describing the “mandate” of the observation post that spied on the Oldest House.

This e-mail is also in the first room with the Health Upgrade box.

4 – Do Not Leave The Shelter

Description: A document explaining how to use a shelter in case of a compromised cell.

East of the Central Field Office, near the East Park Station, is a laundromat blocked by the Hiss. Follow the red glows to their sources and destroy them until you can enter the laundromat.

Inside, read the pinboard. The puzzle uses zeros and ones, and only the rows with ones are relevant: 0 means out of order, 1 means a working washing machine. Go through the rows, find those washing machines and turn them on. The order does not matter. This opens the back door in the kitchen area.

Do Not Leave The Shelter is on a table in the basement backroom with the tables and yellow chairs.

5 – Visitation And Stay Protocol

Description: A welcome message that provides instructions on how a visitor might get the most of their stay.

6 – After-Action Summary

Description: A document describing an operation to seize an artifact.

Southwest of the Main Street Fast Travel Door and the Vendor in the Evacuation Zone is the Konstig Gallery at street level.

Read the note at the reception desk. It lists four paintings that have been sold: Journey, Windows, Thunder and Tides. Each of the four walls has three paintings and a light switch on the pillar nearby. Use the light switches to light up the paintings from the list, working from left to right (counterclockwise):

Journey: Second painting on the left wall, the one with the road.
Windows: First painting, the twisted branches forming windows.
Thunder: First painting, the tree split in half by thunder.
Tides: Second painting, the tree in the water.

Light switch solution from left to right (counterclockwise): 2-1-1-2

The After-Action Summary is a red folder in the second room, on the shelf at the back.

7 – Proposed Enforcement

Description: A document describing the status of proposed enforcement operations.

This document is in the second room of the Konstig Gallery hideout, on the shelf with the weapons.

8 – Workshop Journal Entries

Description: Journal entries found in a mysterious workshop.

The Workshop Journal Entries are in the first room of the Konstig Gallery hideout, on top of a wooden box.

9 – Notice Of Decommissioning

Description: A mysterious note explaining that the facility it was found in has been decommissioned.

South of the Park, near the Research Site, is an Atlantis Coffee Shop with a secret.

Read the instructions and the coffee menu near the counter. Look up what each table on the note ordered and find its letter on the menu:

Enter the code BDAC at the checkout to open the secret door to the basement. The Notice Of Decommissioning is on the bed in the same room as the Health Upgrade box.

10 – F*ck You, Larry Note

Description: A hastily scrawled rude note found in a hidden backroom.

This note is in the room with the shelves in the same hideout as Notice Of Decommissioning.

11 – Steaming Open Envelopes

Location: West Incursion Zone

Description: A note explaining that keeping the United Nations under surveillance is becoming harder by the year.

On the eastern side of the West Incursion Zone is the Urban Fresh Mart. Read the hint document about the soda machine, then interact with the soda machine to see the lights blink 3-1-2-1.

The post-it at the checkout counter says the order is reversed, so enter the code 1-2-1-3 at the till. The secret door opens to a basement with two rooms. Steaming Open Envelopes is in the same room as the Health Upgrade box.

12 – Avoid The French Delegation

13 – Audit Outcome

Description: A message from the “Core”, commending the Turtle Bay cell on their work.

This letter is in the same room as Avoid The French Delegation and Hunka Love.

14 – Procedure For Work Orders

Description: A description of a system of dead drops and anonymous deliveries.

Enter the gym, Pulse Fitness, in the north of the central island in the Unknown Zone. Read the flyer on the pinboard in the locker room, which describes a two-set cardio training. Then:
1 – Set the treadmill to 0.5 MPH
2 – Set the cardio bike to 15 MPH
3 – Use the vending machine
4 – Set the treadmill to 15 MPH
5 – Set the cardio bike to 0.5 MPH

This opens the secret door near the cardio bike.

15 – Hunka Love
