4 – Find Tashiro

Head to the marked location on the map and speak with the man standing in front of the club. He will direct you to Tenkaichi Street. Once you arrive, you’ll find Tashiro in a side alley off the main road.

Pick up the call and go over to the Matsugane Office.

5 – Wiretap the Matsugane Family

When you arrive, speak with Sugiura first. Once you’re ready, head inside. In the office, locate three spots to plant the bugs.

Next, head to wiretap the patriarch’s office. After that, halt the investigation and confront the thugs.

6 – Get Info at L’Amant

Visit L’Amant and engage with everyone you meet to gather information. Eventually, you’ll need to play a round of poker with a woman, which will lead you to discover Hamura’s whereabouts.

7 – Find the Gambling Hall

Head to Champion’s District, make your way to the corner, and step inside.

Head to the designated corner and enter. Knock three times, then respond with: “Can I talk to Moon?” followed by “Chateaubriant blue.” After that, you must defeat Hamura before proceeding to Chapter 9: The Miracle Drug.
