All Collectibles – Yamate – Rise of the Ronin 2024

Located in the southeast corner of the “Rise of the Ronin” map, the Yamate Region is among the initial areas you’ll explore. It shares borders with the Honmoku Region to the south, the Ishikawa Region to the west, and the Yamashita Region to the north. Within this region, you’ll encounter three Veiled Edge Banners, 2 Public Order events, two Fugitives, a Landmark, a Shrine, two Cats, two Treasure Chests, and a Photograph collectible. This comprehensive guide will assist you in attaining a 100% completion rate by guiding you through collecting all items in the region.

All Collectibles Locations – Yamate Region

Veiled Edge Banners serve as save and fast-travel points in Rise of the Ronin. They are sometimes, but not always located in significant and busy areas. As soon as you resolve a “Public Order” Collectible, the Veiled Edge Banners are revealed on the map.

1.1 – Northwestern Tip of the Region

This Veiled Edge Banner is just at the northwestern tip of the region’s map, at the border to the Ishikawa region.

1.2 – Top of the Tower in the South

The Veiled Edge Banner is on top of a tower in the south. To get up there, you first have to climb up to the roof of the building next to the tower. From there, you can jump onto the tower and climb up a rope to get to the Veiled Edge Banner.

3 – Foreign General Cemetary Landmark

To find this Veiled Edge Banner, go to the northern entrance of the Foreign General Cemetary Landmark.

“Public Order” collectible events are locations in a region that enemies occupy. Free the area by killing all the enemies in the area. This will strengthen the bond with the villagers. Here’s where you have to restore order:

2.1 – Northern Outpost

Restore “Public Order” in the northern village of Honmoku and you will be able to raise this Veiled Edge Banner in the center of the village.

2.2 – Southern Village

Restore “Public Order” in the southern village by killing all the bandits.

“Public Order” collectible events are locations in a region that enemies occupy. Free the area by killing all the enemies in the area. This will strengthen the bond with the villagers. Here’s where you have to restore order:

3.1 – Southern Village

There is an occupied village in the south – one of the “Public Order” collectibles. One of the bandits is also a fugitive. He carries a big shield and patrols the pier.

3.2 – Landmark Location

At the Foreign General Cemetery Landmark location, you can find a group of dogs. One of them is a named leader called “Graverobber Gonta”. He’s the fugitive.

A Landmark in “Rise of the Ronin” is just an important place in the region. All you have to do is walk to it and visit. There is only one Landmark in the Yamate Region. It’s the Foreign General Cemetery in the center of the map.

The Shrine is on top of a small island in the sea, southeast of the region’s map. You can swim or halfway glide there. On the east side of the island, you can climb into a boat and get to the island from there. Further up is a grapple point up and two enemies waiting. After you’ve defeated them, you can grapple up to the shrine.

The cat collectible is a real cat, not some kind of statue that you have to find. As you travel around the region, listen closely. You may hear a meowing from a cat. This means you are very close. Reach the Cat and pet it to collect this collectible.

6.1 – Northern Outpost

At the northern tip of the Yamate Region is a small outpost. You’ll find the cat on the beach.

6.2 – Southern Settlement

The cat is sitting in front of a small house opposite the Veiled Edge Banner tower in the south of the map.

Treasure Chests are big unmissable chests that have to be found in the region.

1 – Southern Village

The Treasure Chest is in the locked storage room in the “Public Order”, occupied village in the south. Kill all the bandits to restore order. One of the bandits is a fugitive with a big shield. He carries the key to the storage room. Once you’ve killed the storage room, the locked door will show on the in-game map. Inside is this Treasure Chest.

2 – Building in the southeast Corner

Southeast of the map is a small building. In and around it are some bandits. Defeat them and loot the treasure in the small building.

Before you start to journey out to take photographs everywhere, follow the main mission “Follow your Blade Twin” until you get the camera!

If you already have unlocked the Veiled Edge Banner on top of the tower in the south of Yamate, take a photo from the top of the tower right next to the banner! Look for the boats in the water as displayed in the screenshot below.
