Publisher: Sony Interactive Entertainment
Official Website: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/games/rise-of-the-ronin/
1 – Veiled Edge Banners
Veiled Edge Banners serve as save and fast-travel points in Rise of the Ronin. They are sometimes, but not always located in significant and busy areas. As soon as you resolve a “Public Order” Collectible, the Veiled Edge Banners are revealed on the map.
1.1 – Northern Village
Restore “Public Order” in the northern village of Honmoku and you will be able to raise this Veiled Edge Banner in the center of the village.
1.2 – Eastern Coast
There is a viewpoint at the coast to the east, high up to the mountain. Enjoy the view of the sea, while touching the Veiled Edge Banner.
2 – Public Order
“Public Order” collectible events are locations in a region that enemies occupy. Free the area by killing all the enemies in the area. This will strengthen the bond with the villagers and also make all the Veiled Banner Locations on the map visible. Here’s where you have to restore order:
2.1 – Northern Village
Restore “Public Order” in the northern village of Honmoku and you will be able to raise this Veiled Edge Banner in the center of the village.
2.2 – Southern Mountain Camp
There is a camp in the south of the Honmoku Region. Kill the occupiers to restore public order.
3 – Fugitive
“Fugitive” Collectibles are bounty-hunting quests, where you have to find and defeat a fugitive.
3.1 – Nabenoshin Fugata
The fugitive Nabenoshin Fugata is easy to find since he’s not exactly hiding. Visit the Juniten Shire in the Honmoku region. He’s sitting inside the shrine, waiting.
3.2 – Kipp the Carrier
The Fugitive: Kipp the Carrier can be found on the island in the east of the region, but only at night. So, how do you change the time to night in “Rise of the Ronin”? Follow the main mission until you get to have a Longhouse in Yokohama. There, you can rest until nighttime.
On the island, Kipp the Carrier will be sitting at the campfire.
4 – Landmark
A Landmark in “Rise of the Ronin” is just an important place in the region. All you have to do is walk to it and visit. There is only one Landmark in the Honmoku Region. It’s the Juniten Shrine in the east of Honmoku, as shown in the map below.
5 – Shrine
To get to the shrine, you first have to follow the main quest line until you’re able to glide. Then, go to the beach west of the shrine location. Defeat the soldiers and climb up the wooden construct behind them with the grappling hook. Glide over to a small island with a white flag and a ladder.
From there, you have to grapple again a couple of times to get to the shrine.
6 – Cat
The cat collectible is a real cat, not some kind of statue that you have to find. As you travel around the region, listen closely. You may hear a meowing from a cat. This means you are very close. Reach the Cat and pet it to collect this collectible.
6.1 – Western Farm
West of the main village is a farm near the region’s border. The cat is on top of a roof. To reach it, walk up the hill nearby and jump onto the roof.
6.2 – Northern Village
This cat is sitting on top of the northernmost house of the village, close to the apothecary. There is a scaffolding behind the house where you can climb up to pet the cat.
