The Riddle of the Engineer’s Guild is a box-pushing puzzle waiting for you inside the Everbloom Tree in Terra Flora, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It trips up a lot of players because the WAVE block elevator and the bridge stabiliser have to be used in a specific order, and it is easy to strand a box on the wrong side. Below is the complete solution, from finding Prof. Backpack to placing the final box in the toy train, with screenshots for every stage.

Riddle of the Engineer’s Guild Solution
Enter the riddle area to the left of Prof. Backpack and move the large WAVE block out of your way using the purple ZR ability. Think of it as an elevator block. On the other side you will find a blue box with train tracks on top. Push that box onto the WAVE block elevator and send it straight back up, but stay on the side away from Prof. Backpack or you will not be able to complete the puzzle.
Now head to the top of the riddle area. You will see a toy train table missing several parts, which is what you are working to complete. Cross the purple, stable bridge and grab the box you just sent up by elevator, then pull it onto the yellow pressure plate. You can pull it across the purple, stable bridge without any trouble.
The barrier will drop, giving you access to the bridge stabiliser, the large purple tile behind the barrier. Use it once, cross the second bridge to the small island, and push the box onto the WAVE block that sits over the purple bridge. If the WAVE block is not already on the right side next to the island, go down and reposition it with the purple ZR ability. For now, place the green box onto the triangle pressure plate. It is already close to where it needs to go.
Go back down and move the large WAVE block to the left. There is a box at the back of the toy train sitting in the wrong spot, which needs to move to the front. You can only shift it while the WAVE block is in the left position. That completes the first box.
Next, the box that was previously in that spot moves to the back position. Move it the same way as before, up and over the WAVE block into the back middle gap. That is your second box in place, with two left to go.
Now move the blue bendy-track box into position. Since it currently sits on the yellow pressure plate, first head down and shift the WAVE block to the right side next to the island. Then go back up and move the bendy box over the first bridge, placing the green box on top of the yellow pressure plate in its place. You will still need access to the bridge stabiliser.
Use the purple ZR ability on the bridge stabiliser to stabilise the second bridge, then push the blue bendy-track box across it and onto the WAVE block. Head back to the stabiliser and use it once more so the first bridge becomes stable again. Cross that bridge, go down to shift the WAVE block to the left, then go back up and push the bendy box into its corner position. That is your third box placed.
Only the green box is left. Push it into the one remaining gap in the toy train, and the Riddle of the Engineer’s Guild is complete.
