Potion Permit: Annoying Bugs Walkthrough

1 – Talk to Victor

Victor is living in the Monastery. There is a room with a bat and framed butterflies. It’s his.
Check out where you can find him in the “WHERE IS VICTOR?” guide.

2 – Research: Bug Repellent

Return to the Potion House. Interact with the Research Table.

In the Mini-Game, first click on all the question marks. Then you need to find a combination that is the same like the one below the magnifying glass.

Earth is on the top and the two winds at the bottom. Check out the screenshot below for the solution.

3 – Craft Frostmite Repellent

Now you can craft the Frostmite Repellent at the cauldron. It’s a recipe puzzle of 15 tiles.

I’ve upgraded the cauldron already at the “Hearts and Sparks” blacksmith shop in town to get 6 ingredient slots.

4 – North of Meadow Range

Time to go back to where you received the quest, in the north of Meadow Range, near the entrance to the ice area. As soon as you get close to it, a cutscene will start.
