“Where is Victor?” is one of the questions you will ask yourself over and over in Potion Permit. Here’s a full guide on where he lives and what he does during the day so you can befriend him faster and turn in your Quests.
Victor is an eccentric, rather creepy man who works as a Moonbury’s graveyard keeper.
He has a fixation with the macabre and claims to have many invisible best friends who follow him everywhere, most notably Caenus and Amadeus. Moonbury residents frown upon Victor’s antics.

THE MONASTERY
Victor is living in one of the grey-purplish houses in the north of town. It’s the house right below the church. The Monastery. When you enter, his room is the first one to the left, with the bat and butterflies wall decorations.
He gets up around 08:00 and leaves the house.
WEDNESDAYS
He’s coming back to tend to some flowers in the kitchen from 12:30 – 16:00. Then he exits the Monestary.
MOONBURY BEACH
TUESDAYS
After getting up at 08:00, Victor is leaving the Monastery and going to Moonbury Beach in the north west of the map, where he’s sitting down at one of the tables at 09:00. He’ll stay there until 12:00.
THURSDAYS
On Thursdays, Victor is leaving the Monastery early and is going to the beach, where he’s sitting at the table from 07:00 – 12:00.
He’s going to the graveyard.
GRAVEYARD
MONDAYS
He leaves the Monastery at 08:00 and arrives at the graveyard at 09:00, where he performs a skull ritual.
At 12:00 he’ll sit on the graveyard’s bench and write. Finally, he gets up at 16:00 to tend to the headstones.
TUESDAYS
He leaves Moonbury Beach at 12:00 o’clock and walks to the graveyard next to the church, where he’ll read on the bench. KIPPS the cat will join him on the bench at 15:00.
At 16:00, Victor is still at the graveyard but he gets up from the bench and starts tending to the graveyard’s headstones. He does that until 00:00 (midnight) and then returns to his room at the Monestary.
WEDNESDAYS
He leaves the Monestary at 08:00 and walks towards the church’s graveyard, where he sits down in the top right corner to read from 09:00 – 12:00.
Victor is leaving the graveyard at 12:00 and returns at 16:20, where he’s tending to the headstones until 00:00 (midnight). Then, he returns to the Monestary.
THURSDAYS
He’s arriving at the graveyard at 13:00 to sit on the bench and craft a doll. Later, at 16:00, he’s tending to the graveyard’s headstones.
At 00:00 (midnight), he’s leaving to get some rest in the Monastery.
FRIDAYS
Victor arrives at 13:00, sitting on the bench to write in his book. Then, he gets up at 16:00 and tends to the headstones until 00:00, when he returns home to the Monastery.
SATURDAYS
Today, Victor is getting up early and arrives at the graveyard at 07:00, where he’s reading on the bench. At 12:00 he’s staying on the bench but changes his activity to writing.
At 16:00 he’s getting up from the bench and starts tending to the headstones until 00:00 (midnight), when he’s going back to the Monastery.
SUNDAYS
Again, Victor is getting up early and arrives at the graveyard at 07:00, where he’s performing some sort of ritual with a skull. He’s leaving at 12:00.
MOONBURY PARK
SUNDAYS
He arrives at the park at 13:00 and is sitting down at one of the tables, leaving at 16:00.
MAIN SQUARE – RIVER BENCH
SUNDAYS
He gets to one of the main square river benches at 17:00 just in time to have a chat with Hannah. Victor gets up at 00:00 (midnight), going home to the Monastery.
SOUTH RIVER BRIDGE
FRIDAYS
Victor gets up very early to get to the southern river bridge, near the level 1 fishing spot. He arrives at 07:30.
