Outcast A New Beginning: Lampé for Everyone! Walkthrough

1 – Talk to Mirko about the Lampé Ingredients

Location: Bidaa, at the mill

First talk to Hiron, the village chief, about everything he has to offer. Then go to the mill and talk to Marzo, the village brewer. He sends you to his son Mirko to talk about the Lampé ingredients.

The village quest screen lists all three ingredients: Lampé Pistils, Morag and Twon-Ha Drool. Ask Mirko about all three while you are there.

2 – Gather Lampé Pistils

Location: Lampé plant at the top of a hill

Set this quest step to active. The marker guides you to a Lampé plant at the top of a hill. Before you interact with it, upgrade your Jetpack to Glide. You cannot do this part of the quest without the Glide capability.

Interacting with the Lampé plant starts a gliding parkour. You have to glide through all 12 Lampé Pistils in one run. You cannot collect only some of them, so it is all or nothing.

Return to the Lampé Pistils stockpile inside the mill in Bidaa. The stockpile holds up to 20, so you may as well do the parkour twice while you are there.

3 – Gather Morags

Location: Treetops above Emea, in the southwest of the map

Morags are fruits hanging in the trees high above Emea village. Climb, jump or glide to the top of the village and scan the area to highlight the Morags. Jump or glide close to them and pick them up with the interaction button (triangle on PS5).

You need 5 Morags for the stockpile, but you can deliver up to 10. The stockpile is inside the mill in Bidaa, and scanning highlights the stockpile racks.

4 – Collect Twon-Ha Drool

Location: Twon-Ha Pen in Bidaa

Go to the Twon-Ha Pen in Bidaa and talk to Khartak about Drool. This starts the Twon-Ha Drool minigame. Cutter holds a fruit, and the ten Twon-Ha chase you for it and drool. The minigame ends when they eat the fruit or when you have collected 10 Drool.

Run and dodge-slide through the herd. Each Twon-Ha has a bar above its head. A yellow bar means you already collected Drool from that one, so focus on the white bars.

Bring the 10 Drool to the Twon-Ha Drool stockpile at the mill in Bidaa. It holds up to 20 Drool.

What Happens Next

Once all three ingredients are in the stockpiles at the mill, Marzo starts brewing Lampé. You get a notification when he is finished. Then you can continue the quests that need Lampé, like Herding on the Prairie!
