The first mural is inside the crypt, near the sarcophagus room. You gain access to this crypt by completing the side mission “Explore Local Mysteries.” Once inside, proceed to the sarcophagus room, and you’ll find the mural nearby.

The final mural is inside the tomb at the spigot. Like the previous mural, you can reach this location by starting from the Flood Basin Base Camp. Once inside, follow the path and look out for the spigot to locate the mural.
