Location and Start

When you open up the quest in the menu, you will get a hint on how to arrange the statues.

The hint says:
-> “The King Pins the Star on his favored son.”
-> “The Outcast runs away, toward a new dawn.”

Puzzle Solution

Based on this, arrange the statues like this:

The King and his son are facing each other.
Turn the statues so that the man with the gold and the green beard and the man with the golden hair look at each other.

The Sun and the Outcast are facing each other.
Augie, the man with the bag, is walking towards the sun. Turn them to each other.

The reward will appear in a ball in the nearby alcove.
