Saints Cards by Name
Saints’ Cards are unique collectibles found exclusively in shrines throughout Mafia: The Old Country. Each shrine contains a Saints’ Card, marked by a special shrine symbol that indicates their location. In total, there are 20 Saints’ Cards to discover, offering players a rewarding challenge as they explore the game.
San Bartolomeo
Between the Tannery and the Tonnara is a shrine with the San Bartolomeo Card.

San Bernardo
South of Villa Torrisi and east of San Celeste is a small village with a church. Next to the church is the shrine with the San Bernardo Saints’ Card.
San Celeste
In the very south of Villa Torrisi is the “Torrisi” Fast Travel point in Explorer Mode. Travel east from this fast travel point towards a farm, where you can find the shrine for the San Celeste Card.
San Christoforo
In Chapter 4: Il Barone, Enzo and Isabella are riding from Villa Torrisi to the ruins. In the mountains is a little shrine with a Saint’s Card.

San Clemente
West of Pasquale’s Gas Station, by the sea, is a dock with a shrine at the end with the San Clemente Card. From Pasquale’s Gas Station, follow the main road to the west toward the Tonnara. Look for a footpath going south.

San Drogone
Between Porto Amaro and Villa Ludovici, just northeast of Porto Almaro Station, is a shrine with the card of San Drogone.

Look for the San Francesco d’Assisi Saints Card by the church in the southwest of Collezolfo.

San Gennaro
The San Gennaro Saints Card can be found at the settlement at Lago Efesto. Look for a narrow footpath from the main road leading to a shrine.

San Girolamo Emiliani
Southeast of Collezolfo Sulfur Mine, before reaching the bridge, is a winding, narrow path for a horse. Here, on the mountain wall, above a destroyed settlement, is the San Girolamo Emiliani Saints Card.
San Giuda Taddeo
South of Pasquale’s Gas Station is a small cemetery with a shrine and this Saints’ Card.

North of Collezolfo, by the stream, is a cave with this Saint’s Card inside.

In the southeast of the map, there are two tunnels at the main road. Between those two tunnels is the Saints’ Card at the side of the road.

In Chapter 4: Il Barone, Enzo and Isabella are riding from Villa Torrisi until they meet Cesare again with car issues. Nearby is a shrine with the Saints Card.

Sant’Agata
North of the Tannery and west of San Celeste is a house by the road. Above it is the Sant’Agata Saints’ Card. Further up on the main road is a path that leads to it.

Sant’Antonino
The Sant’Antonio Saints’ Card shrine is just south of the Torrisi Fast Travel Point.

Sant’ Eligio
West of Pasquale’s shop, below the bridge, is the shrine with the Sant’Eligio card. There is a footpath that starts at the northern side of the bridge to reach it.

Sant’ Emidio
There is an altar to be found at the easternmost winding road of Villa Torrisi. Look for a path leading up to a campsite, and further up it, the Saints’ Card.

Sant’Eustachio
A short drive to the north of the timber mill and northwest of Pasquale’s Store is a ruined house at the back of the house leads a footpath to this Saint’s Card.

Santa Barbara
The card of Santa Barbara is the first of the Saints Cards to collect in Mafia: The Old Country. After leaving the sulfur mine with Galetano in the Prologue, Galetano tells Enzo to pray at the shrine. Interact with the shrine to receive the Saints Card.
Santa Rosalia
In Chapter 12, La Forza del Destino, Enzo travels to Palermo, where you can find the Santa Rosalia Saints Card at the arrival courtyard shrine.
