Cursed Symbol
There are 3 Cursed Symbols in Lincolnscire.
Lacestone
The Cursed Symbol is located northwest of Lacestone, in the middle of a poisonous lake. Use the trees around the lake to traverse safely above the poisonous water. Once you reach the island, cross the bridge to position yourself for a clear shot. Aim at the wooden wall protecting the Cursed Symbol, destroy it, and remove the curse.
Lincoln North
At a destroyed church north of Lincoln, the Cursed Symbol is on the roof. Use the lift on the side of the building for the fastest way up. Once on the roof, shoot the symbol to cleanse the location.
Whisby West
To the west of Wisby, there are two houses in this cursed location. One house has a basement blocked by a stone barricade, while the other contains oil jars and a wooden wall that you can smash from the outside.
Start by locating the weak wooden wall in the second house, smash it, and climb inside. On the platform, you’ll find a key. Use it to unlock the door on the other side of the house, collect an oil jar, and bring it to the basement of the first house. Destroy the stone barricade using the oil jar and access the Cursed Symbol to complete this task.
Flying Papers
There are 2 Flying Papers in Lincolnscire.
Botolphston
At the harbor in Botolphston, chase and catch the Flying Paper to collect this Artifact. Be quick and plan your movements carefully to avoid losing sight of it.
Lincoln
Near the docks in Lincoln, there’s another Flying Paper to catch. Chase it down to collect the Scraelingi Emblem Scheme (Arms) as a reward.
Roman Artifacts
There are 6 Roman Artifacts in Lincolnscire.
Cruwland North
North of the Cruwland Fast Travel Point, you’ll come across a Roman Artifact locked in a small building. Investigate the underground passage to access the building. Inside, shoot the wooden barrier above and climb through to claim the Artifact. It’s below the pottery, so be sure to break it to find your reward.
Grimsby South
South of Grimsby and just north of the Fast Travel Point lies a hidden Roman Artifact. It’s behind a stone barricade buried in the ground. To acquire it, shoot the hanging cargo bag above to destroy the barricade and unearth the Artifact.
Lincoln
You’ll find a Roman Artifact inside a well in Lincoln. Shoot the wooden covering at the top of the well to gain access. Climb inside and collect the Artifact.
Skegi’s Beard West
West of Skegi’s Beard and southeast of Bolingbroc Castle, there’s a ruined temple. Inside, you’ll find two moveable shelves, oil jars, and a weak stone barricade on the upper floor. Move the shelves strategically to create a path for carrying an oil jar to the weak wall upstairs. Once the barricade is shattered, climb down to collect the Roman Artifact, along with a treasure chest and an opal.
Temple of Pluto
Inside the ruins of the Temple of Pluto, you’ll find the Roman Artifact near some steps leading down to a pool. Search in the water to pick up this collectible.
Wynmere Lake
Southeast of Wynmere Lake lies a ruined structure. The Roman Artifact is hidden below the ruins. To reach it, find the cave entrance at the base of the hill to the east of the ruins. Make your way through the cave to retrieve the Artifact.
Treasure Hoard Map Lincolnscire
Here’s how to find the Treasure Hoard Map in Lincolnscire and the location of the Treasure based on its description.
Treasure Hoard Map Location
The hunt begins in the village of Whisby, located in Lincolnscire. Within the area, you will find a locked house that contains the Hoard Map. However, to access it, you first need to locate the key. Head towards the nearest lake, where a boat with a corpse is floating. The key is submerged in the water nearby. You can swim out to grab it or use your own boat to make retrieval easier. With the key in your possession, return to the locked house, open it up, and collect the Lincolnscire Hoard Map.
The Hoard Map comes with a cryptic clue to guide your adventure:
“To the east of Lincolnscire, in Skegi’s Beard, there lies a stretch of coast detached by the angry sea. From my guard tower wherein lies my dearest of properties, I watch over this land, guarding against the invasion of the barbarians who never cease. This hoard possesses the last relics of the Kingdom of Lindsey, and I forever shall defend it.”
Treasure Spot Location
The clue on the map leads you to Skegi’s Beard, a spot along the eastern coastline of Lincolnscire. This location is marked by a ruined tower that stands above the coastline, detached from the mainland by rugged terrain and the crashing waves of the “angry sea.” Upon arriving at Skegi’s Beard, make your way to the tower. Scale the ruins and climb to the very top, where you will find the treasure carefully hidden. The hoard represents the last relics of the Kingdom of Lindsey, protecting a piece of its history.
By completing this guide, you ensure that you gather every Artifact available in Lincolnscire. Each collectible offers its own challenge or reward, making the exploration of this area fulfilling and exciting. Good luck and happy hunting!
