How to Earn Kyber Bricks

Collect Kyber Bricks by completing the required tasks during the Ground A-salt stage.

True Jedi Status

Achieve the “True Jedi” rank by collecting enough LEGO studs to fill the white, blue, and purple bars at the top of your screen. Destroy objects along the way for extra studs. If you revisit collected Minikits, you’ll find purple studs in their places, which can help boost your progress.

Story Completion Rewards

Complete the story mission, gather all Minikits, and finish all Challenges. Each of these activities rewards you with a Kyber Brick.

How to Get the Minikits

Below is a step-by-step guide to finding all five Minikits in Chrome Dome Down.

Minikit 1 – Vulptex Food

After drilling through the salt mine during the story, return to the red salt shaft. Look for a small side cave in the tunnel. Push the trough into the machine and activate the lever to fill it up. Push it back to its original spot, and a Vulptex will appear. Feed it to obtain the Minikit.

Minikit 2 – Rebuilding Hope

High above the obstructing walls, find a broken picture. Smash the debris around it. Use a Jedi or Dark Force to reassemble the pieces. One missing piece is on an elevated platform. Grapple to pull the plug, climb the ladder, and retrieve the piece. Assemble the puzzle to claim the Minikit.

Minikit 3 – Caved-In

In the section where a C-3PO terminal or dynamite can help you progress, use the Force with a Jedi or Dark Force character to remove the rocks and uncover the Minikit.

Minikit 4 – Crait Expectations

While in the same area as Minikit 3, have C-3PO activate a terminal to take control of another C-Unit. Guide it to the password terminal to unlock nearby gates. Inside, deploy a Bounty Hunter to shoot the golden crate and collect the Minikit.

Minikit 5 – Crackdown

After passing through the red salt, locate a cracked wall at the tunnel’s end. Use the Scavenger’s Breaker Blaster to destroy the wall and reveal the Minikit.

How to Complete the Challenges

Follow this guide to complete the three Challenges in Ground A-salt.

Challenge 1 – I Can Dig It!

“Punch your way through the crystal caves.”

Punch through the crystal caves by constructing a Boxing Glove Drill instead of a Mining Drill. Power it up using a Gonk Droid on the shelf. Push the buttons on the floor to release the droid. Ride the drill to the docking station and power it up. It will clear the path ahead.

Challenge 2 – Knock-Knock

“Discover the wind-up MSE droid to destroy the emergency doorway.”

Discover the wind-up MSE droid to destroy the emergency doorway. Follow the Minikit 4 route to reach an area with the droid. Grapple up to the higher platform (where Minikit 2 is) and use a Hero character on the orange terminal to release the droid parts. Assemble the droid below and wind it up to complete the Challenge.

Challenge 3 – Tight Squeeze

“Discover a shortcut via the Protocol Terminal.”

Take a shortcut using the Protocol Terminal. This path is the same as the one for Minikit 4. Use it to fulfill the Challenge requirement.
