1. Where to start the Intel: Vendor Extortion?
The Intel: Vendor Extortion is a bit hidden. You first have to find and visit the Mon Calamari Market Trader “Jonkah Rremset” on the first floor of the Mirogana Market District on Toshara.
When you first meet him, you find him being harassed by Stormtroopers. Assist him and revisit later to check on him. Kay notices his lack of goods and Jonkah Rremset reveals that the Empire is strangling his business by withholding deliveries. The goods were on the “Windliner,” a ship at the Mirogana landing pad. This information triggers the “Vendor Extortion” Intel quest.
2. Where is the Missing Delivery?
This guide continues to track the whereabouts of Jonkah Rremset’s “Missing Delivery.” We obtained intel about the cargo ship “Windliner” at Mirogana City Landing Zone from him. Let’s check it out.
You can speak to one person at the landing pad. He will verify that he’s from the Windliner but mentions that Jonkah Rremset’s cargo was seized by the Customs Officer at Renpalli Station, in Toshara’s orbit.
3. Where is the Customs Officer?
Next, locate the Customs Officer. Get on the Trailblazer and head to Renpalli Station in Toshara’s orbit. The station is compact, making it easy to find an Imperial Customs Officer. Check the busy cantina at the station’s back. Look for someone in an Imperial Officer Uniform near the “Kessel Sabacc” table and talk to them.
The customs officer confirms that they confiscated Jonkah’s shipment due to unpaid taxes. The only way for the officer to release the goods is for Kay to win a game of Kessel Sabacc at the nearby table.
For the rules of “Kessel Sabacc,” check out the tutorial in the in-game menu. The rules at a glance: aim for a pair, and the lowest number pair wins. Use “Shift Tokens” to simplify things. Return to the Customs Officer after your win.
4. Completing the Quest
To finish the quest, return to the hangar and fly back to Mirogana City in Toshara. Jonkah Rremset will be delighted and grant Kay the highest lifetime discount.
