Starting the Quest
This quest was only accessible to me after being caught by the hostile Shai in the forest east of the Hernand Highlands and brought to a camp while being unconscious, and after accepting the Young Monk’s Request.
This is a Hernand -> Pororin Forest Guardians -> Trembling Woods Faction Quest.
At the camp’s location, look for a Shai standing next to a big tree. It’s an orange dot on the minimap.
Talk to Arkin
After talking to the Shai, they want you to follow them. On the map, you will see a marker far away to the east. The Shair disappeared without a trace, so following them seems impossible.
Try to reach the highlighted location without passing through the forest. Use official roads where possible. I went back to Unicorn Cliff and followed the road to the east.
Retrieve the Relic of Pororin
Arkin wants you to retrieve the Relic of Pororin. There is a walking tree in the area. Climb it and take the Relic of Pororin off his head. The quest is complete as soon as you have the relic in possession.
