Morrow can be found near the eastern bonfire at Howling Hill.
Get 5x Shrubby Sophoras
You can find Shrubby Sophoras all over the world. If you don’t have them in your inventory yet, go southeast from your current position, along the cliff. There are two fields with Shrubby Sophoras down below. Pick plenty – they can also be used as livestock feed.
Hand Over 5x Shrubby Sophoras
Return to Morrow and give him the Shrubby Sophoras.
