#1 – Quarantine Staff Location
Head to Downtown West. At the Toxic Alley control point, go upstairs to the storage area. You’ll find the Quarantine Staff Comm here.
#2 – Food Scarcity Location
This comm can be found at Downtown West, northeast of the Settlement entrance. Search the area carefully to spot it.
#3 – Building Community Location
Go to Downtown West again and move north of the Settlement area. The Building Community Comm is located nearby.
#4 – Help Wanted Location
You’ll need to look underground for this one in Downtown West. Find the manhole at the northern end to access the underground control center. The Help Wanted Comm is close to the northern border of the map.
