Crimson Desert: Luke’s Request Quest Walkthrough

Starting the Quest

Complete five of seven quests in the “Embers of Return” questline to receive Luke’s Request.

These are:
1- Rumors of the Greymanes
2 – A Rumor at Hills of No Return
3 – New Information
4 – A Rumor at Glenbright Farm
5 – Secure Resources
-> 6 – Luke’s Request <-

After collecting stone from Karin Quarry and timber from the Timberham Sawmill, Luke will come forward with his request.

Quest description:
“Luke asked to place a flower basket in the old house on the hill to get rid of the smell so he could use it as lodging.”

Talk to Luke

Luke is standing around near Ross, the Dispatch Coordinator. Talk to him and listen to his request.

Decorate the Old House

Luke is handing over a flower basket, asking that it be placed in an old house at the top of the hill. On the other side of the eastern road from Howling Hill is a nice-looking house with the name “Home” on the map. This is the introduction quest to your home and how to decorate it.

“You can decorate the home after moving near it.
When the home decoration icon appears, press the menu button to enter the home decoration mode. Then, select the installable icon to view the items you have available to place.
Simply leave the area or press the menu button again to exit home decoration mode.”

In home decorating mode, you will see everything in a bird’s-eye view. Press the menu button again to see the installable items in your inventory. In my case, I have the Flower Basket and an Ocher Jar. Place the Flower Basket wherever you like.

Tell Him How The House Was Decorated

Return to Luke and tell him how it went. Complete the quest, and the house is yours to decorate.

You can now expand the camp again. Open the map, select Howling Hill and the Howling Hill Camp – Second Expansion mission. Wait 29 hours for its completion. This will finish the “Embers of Return” questline.
