Crimson Desert: A Taste of Home Questline

Starting the Questline

To unlock the “A Taste of Home” questline in the Greymanes -> Scattered Embers quest tree, you first have to complete the Golden News From Yann and learn all about trading with a wagon.

This questline has three quests:
1 – Naira the Gourmand
2 – Ingredients for one Bowl
3 – A Bowl of Rich Broth

Quest description:
“Naira and Andrew are fussing over meat soup. Find out what’s going on.”

Naira the Gourmand

Head to the bonfire near the main tent at Howling Hill, where Naira, Andrew, and Duane are having a disagreement about meat soup. Talk to Duane to find out what’s going on, then follow Naira on horseback as she heads toward Hernand.

1 – Speak with Duane

Naira, Andrew, and Duane are at the bonfire near the main tent. Talk to Duane.

After the cutscene, follow Naira on horseback. She will leave you below Hernand town.

Ingredients for One Bowl

Time to go shopping in Hernand. You need two stops: the grocer for 3x Water, 1x Salt, and 1x Barley, and the butchery for 4x Fine Meat. Both shops are in town, so this step is quick once you know where to go.

1 – At the Grocer’s Shop

At the grocer’s shop, buy:
-> 3x Water
-> 1x Salt
-> 1x Barley

2 – At the Butchery

At the butchery, buy:
-> 4x Fine Meat

A Bowl of Rich Broth

Return to Howling Hill with the ingredients and interact with the bonfire. Under the Field Pot Cooking tab, select Meat Soup to cook it. Once it’s done, deliver it to Naira at the main tent to wrap up the questline.

1 – Return to Howling Hill

Return to the bonfire at Howling Hill.

2 – Cook Meat Soup

Interact with the bonfire, then select Meat Soup under the “Field Pot Cooking” Tab.

3 – Give Naira the Meat Soup

She’s standing by the main tent.
