Welcome to my guide for finding all Seneschal Statues at The Baston, the Niveous Realm in Blades of Fire. This walkthrough provides clear directions and visuals to help you uncover every statue, ensuring you don’t miss out on weapon parts along the way.
Seneschal statues are wooden figures of a warrior holding a specific type of weapon. To get a weapon part, interact with a Seneschal statue while holding the same type of weapon. There are 7 weapon types: Daggers, Twins, Sabers, Swords, Greatswords, Polearms, and Spears. Each type includes 5 weapons, and each weapon can be upgraded a limited number of times. You can check the available upgrades in the “Forge Scrolls” section of the in-game menu. The parts you’ve collected will be shown under the weapon with a Seneschal symbol. Once you’ve collected all the parts for a weapon, it will turn bronze and can no longer be presented to a Seneschal statue.

The Bastion Overview Map
Below you will find the overview map of the Bastion with the Seneschal highlighted.
1 – Sabers Seneschal
After arriving at King’s Bastion with the Bronze Bell, find and activate the West Tower Cells Anvil in the same room. Then, head upstairs and climb a ladder to reach a room above of the anvil. Here is a Sabers Seneschal.
2 – Twins Seneschal
Once you use the golden bell at the southern gate, coming from the Dryads Forest Exit anvil, you can find this Twins Seneschal in the first courtyard.
3 – Swords Seneschal
This Swords Seneschal is just outside King’s Bastion. To get here, use the Time Rune in the courtyard to repair the ladder to the roof. From the roof, you can reach the southern tower, where you can take the elevator up to the Abomination of the Mark of Thaumaturgists. Get off the elevator halfway to reach the zipline.
To use the zipline, you’ll need a Roggs Skull. If you don’t have one, head back to the Roggs Mountains and obtain one from the Roggs. Once you reach the other end of the zipline, you’ll encounter the blue lady. She will sing and grant you the Soul Rune. To charge the Soul Rune, defeat the nearby enemies. You’ll know it’s fully charged when the haunting screams of defeated souls fade away.
With your charged weapon in hand, return to the painting where the Soul Rune is located. Present it to deactivate the pink shield in the courtyard. Behind the shield lies a monster guarding the Matriarch Key. Defeat the creature to claim the key and unlock the exit to King’s Bastion. From there, you’ll be able to use the Swords Seneschal.
