Amber Alert Walkthrough & Secrets – Crime Scene Cleaner

1 – Entrance

The Amber Alert mission starts with arriving in a hazy place – the garbage and body drop-off point, with a water tap for your cleaning bucket close by. The main glass doors are electronically locked and stay that way until you find the VIP Card, so the only way forward at first is the open passage to their right. The locked double glass doors require the VIP Card to open. The Entrance can be freely accessed later through the Bar. The Boxing Ring cannot be accessed without the VIP Card.

2 – Staff Area

The Staff Area is the second area you’ll reach, through the only usable door off the Entrance. On the bottom level are two sets of lockers, a lit round table, and a staircase leading up, with the first of twelve bodies stretched out on the stairs. The first flight leads to a makeup and lounge area; the second goes up to storage and a kitchen with another water tap. This is also where the first of the mission’s two secrets is hidden – a barrel-matching puzzle tucked behind an easy-to-miss elevator.

The first body is visible through the only usable door, right from the entrance’s glass door. She’s on the stairs in the Staff area.

Secret

In the Staff Area Kitchen, just opposite the bar entrance, is a weird alcove with an elevator.

In the storage area, look for a barrel that has a gnome on it and take it down with you, riding the elevator. Here, you have to arrange the barrels in the same way as the Draft Taps in the bar.

The screenshot below shows the correct order.

Garbage Truck Lullaby – D.A.D.S.

3 – Bar

The kitchen door at the top of the Staff Area leads into the Bar – a classic dark-wood English pub with a red pool table at the back. This is the largest furniture job in the mission, with 34 pieces to move in total, and it’s also where two of the most commonly missed pieces end up: one sits on top of the overhead vents and needs the power washer to knock down, and the other belongs all the way over in the Boxing Ring.

A corridor at the back holds two restrooms, a water tap, and stairs both down to the Entrance and up to the Office. Past the dart game near the football table is the mission’s second secret – winning a round of darts opens a passage down into the sewers, where a recording, a couple of stealable statues, and a brand-new Turtle Bucket are waiting.

Play and wind Darts at the back of the bar (double doors near the football table). This will lift the wall with the dart game, and a passage opens.

There is a hole in the floor at the end. Release the ladder going down and use it to climb down to the Sewers. There are no official activities in the checklist for the sewers. But there are a couple of nice things. There is one of the robo-ducks from the “Italian Job” Nightmare mission behind the barred passage.

Follow the corridor and the pizza boxes to Dave’s Lair. Listen to the recording on the table.

4 – Office

The Office can be reached either from the bar’s restroom corridor or from its second-floor staircase, where the door needs breaking down after being damaged in an earlier struggle. The safe code – 1369 – is hidden below the desk, and it unlocks the safe holding a bracelet, two bundles of cash, and the “Fixed Fights” evidence document.

5 – Boxing Ring

The door to the Boxing Ring needs the VIP Card. In the centre of the room is the ring itself, with a victim sitting on a wooden chair that belongs back in the Bar once you’ve moved it. Sitting areas with couches line both sides, plus a small bar, two restrooms, and a water tap on the ground floor. The ring itself stays sealed until the cage is lowered from the Maintenance Room., which is also where the final body and two pieces of evidence are waiting.

A red carpet at the back leads to the winner’s and loser’s locker rooms, and a hidden room here needs a head statue from the Maintenance Room to unlock — it opens Dave’s Karaoke Room and a second cassette collectible.

The controls here lower the boxing ring’s cage, finally giving access to the last body and two pieces of evidence.

Past the stairs down is a walk-through painting hiding a small secret room with the second cassette collectible, and the head statue used to unlock the hidden secret room back in the Boxing Ring area.

The Statue with the key in its hand is weird, isn’t it? There is a painting and a duck sculpture next to it. You can walk straight through the painting at the end to find a secret room.
