Aozora Headband
The Aozora Headband is at the top of the mountain at Sensei Ishikawa’s Dojo, north west of Hiyoshi Springs.
Band of the Second Son
Climb on top of the Omi Monastery (southwest of Omi Village). Use the grapple hook on the roof’s corners.
Betrayer’s Hat
You’ll get the Betrayer’s Hat after defeating Ryuzo.
Bowman’s Straw Hat
Reward for completing Yuriko’s Tale Side Quest.
Chaos Headband
Reward for completing Norio’s Tale Side Quest.
Chikurin Headband
It can be found along the southern coast of the River Child’s Wetland, resting aboard a stranded boat.
Clear Summer Headband
The reward for completing “The End of Suffering” Tale.
Crooked Kama Headband
Climb to the top of the Jogaku Temple Tower. Use the grapple hook on one of the roof’s corners.
Farmer’s Straw Hat
Akashima Village Merchant – Buy for 20 Flowers
Fierce Warrior’s Headband
Merchant – Buy it for 5 Flowers
Forgemaster’s Headband
This is inside the roof of the Forge at Komatsu Forge. Climb into the house from on top of the roof to get it.
Genbu Straw Hat
It’s the reward for upgrading Ronin Attire to Level 3
Ghost Headband
You’ll get it while retaking Castle Shimura.
Gyozen’s Blindfold
It can be found on top of a tower southeast of Castle Shimura.
Headband of Hope
It’s the reward for the Sago Haiku.
Headband of Perseverance
It’s the reward for the Umugi Haiku
Headband of Preservation
It’s the reward for the Kushi Haiku
Headband of Ruin
It’s the reward for the Kin Haiku
Headband of the Invasion
It’s the reward for the Azamo Haiku
Healer’s Headband
It’s in the roof of the ruined temple north of Akashima Village. Climb the roof outside with the grappling hook and get in through the hole in the roof.
Hinode Headband
Can be bought at the Merchant in a Survivor Camp for 5 Flowers.
Kyoto Twilight Headband
Can be bought at the Merchant in a Survivor Camp for 5 Flowers.
Natural Vengeance Headband
Climb the top of Ariake Lighthouse, southeast of Hiyoshi Springs.
Night Ocean Headband
Can be bought at the Akashima Village Merchant for 5 Flowers.
Noble Fighter’s Headband
Reward for The “Ghosts in the Fog” Norio Tale.
Oni’s Blade Straw Hat
It can be found east of Kuta Farmstead in east of the Golden Temple.
Patchwork Straw Hat
It can be bought at the Merchant in a Survivor Camp for 20 Flowers.
Plum Blossom Headband
Climb the top of Kushi Temple Tower. Use the grapple hook on the roof’s corners.
Pure Intent Headband
Can be bought at the White Dye Merchant, southeast of Komoda Town for 20 Flowers.
Riverbed Straw Hat
It can be found on top of an old house north of Kushi Temple.
Sago Blue Headband
Climb the top of Cedar Temple Tower with the grapple hook.
Sakai Clan Helmet
You’ll get this from the “Ghosts in the Past” Story Mission.
Samurai Clan Helmet
You’ll get this from Lady Masako when doing her mission.
Serpent Strike Headband
Buy it from the Akashima Village Merchant for 5 Flowers.
Sword Master’s Hat
Is received when upgrading “Ronin Attire” to Level 2.
Tengai
The Tengai is in the southwest of Jogaku Temple, by a grave.
Tora Headband
Buy it at the Akashima Village Merchant for 5 Flowers.
Toyotama Straw Hat
This hat is hanging on a grave near the location where you meet Yuna for “The Black Wolf Tale”, west of Kushi Temple on the coast.
Wanderer’s Straw Hat
This hat is on top of a stick at the side of the road.
Warrior’s Sunset Headband
Climb to the top of the Golden Temple. Use the grapple hook on the roof’s edges.
Weathered Straw Hat
You’ll get this in the “Blood on the Grass” main mission.
White Headband
Given at the start.
Wood Spirit Straw Hat
You’ll find the hat resting on a statue located in the heart of the marsh, just north of Akashima Village and west of the Marsh Rock Shrine.
