This guide provides the locations of all collectibles at the Outsider Ranger Echo in the Torn Plains region of Rage 2. I will show you the locations of all three Storage Containers and the Data Pad.

Collectibles Overview
1 – The Outsider Ranger Echo

2 – Find 3 Storage Containers:
-> They are near the Windmill and in the House.
3 – Find 1 Data Pad:
-> It’s on the ground-floor Terrace.
The Outsider – Location
Ranger Echo:
Reclaiming the remains of fallen or lost Rangers is an important duty of the living Rangers. Only by salvaging the unique gear and nanotrite imprints can new rangers be inducted, and the Rangers continue to exist.
Storage Container 1
Go to the windmill at the very top. There is Storage Container 1. Push the nearby button afterwards.
Storage Container 2 & 3
Enter the rusty pipe submerged in the water and follow it to the other end, where you’ll emerge inside the house. In here, you will find Storage Container 2. From here, climb the ladder on the balcony to reach Storage Container 3. You’ll also find the Ranger in this location.
Data Pad
The Data Pad is located on the outside terrace on the ground floor, right as you exit the room.
