About The Dowser
Administrator: The Dowser

Dowsing is the art of locating underground water and minerals using sticks, pendulums, and other simple tools. While usually performed on-site with a great deal of walking about, the Dowser possesses such mastery of these ancient techniques that she can dowse at great distances from her target.
This seems to be as a result of some special, innate power, though she is not a DOOMS sufferer. When she does come across an untapped water source or mineral deposit, she informs her friends, who promptly head to its location and start digging.
Rewards: The Dowser
Each Knot City and Shelter has a five-star reward system, granting rewards and upgrades with every star reached. Gain more reputation by delivering goods. APAS firmware upgrades, bandwidth increases, and Material Allotment increases are granted with every star reward. Shelters additionally offer Sam a place to rest at the 5-Star level.
Porter-to-Porter Advice
Struggling to find enough cargo to boost Sam’s reputation with The Dowser? There’s a simple solution. Open the Ring Terminal menu and head to the “Orders” section. From there, navigate to the “Search” tab and select The Dowser under “Delivery/Report Destination.” Confirm your search, and you’ll receive a list of available Order Locations for The Dowser. It’s a quick and convenient way to make a Porter’s job a whole lot easier.
1-Star Reward
1 – PCC Lv2

A device used to build a range of structures within the chiral network. Every structure will consume a portion of your chiral bandwidth. Higher-level PCCs can build a greater range of structures.
2 – Zip-Line

Build two or more zip-line anchors to quickly travel between them. They can be built anywhere within the chiral network using a PCC Lv2.
Use “Triangle” and “Square” during construction to bend the zip line and ensure you avoid any obstacles. Zip-line anchors can be placed up to 300m apart.
Cargo carried on your back can be transported on a zip line, as can cargo
placed on a floating carrier.
Upgraded zip-line anchors are more resistant to timefall and natural
disasters, and can be placed up to 350m apart.
3 – Boost Skeleton Lv1 (Standard, Silver, Gold)

An exoskeleton designed to support the weight of its wearer, increasing their movement speed and mobility.
This model is made to support nimble movement, with the special construction of its legs providing both power and shock absorption that softens the impact of landings. The additional carrying capacity provided by this skeleton is relatively modest.
Boosting will maximise acceleration and movement speed, as well as increasing the range of each step and jump. Using this feature drains the battery.
2-Star Reward

A suit designed specifically for making deliveries. S-size cargo can be attached to the shoulders and the hips. Its pattern will camouflage you in muddy or mossy environments.
