This guide will help you locate all 10 Unknown Comms in The Division 2. These collectibles are encrypted and can only be decrypted after you complete the story missions. Below are the locations of each Comm.

#1 – Puppeteers
Head to the Southwest area of Washington. Look for a playground with a fence. The Comm is located nearby.
#2 – Paperwork
Go to Downtown West. Enter the southern side of the building. Walk into the corridor to find the Comm.
#3 – Progress Report
Travel to West Potomac Park. Look for a house with outdoor stairs leading to the basement. The Comm is at the bottom.
#4 – Secret Service
Visit the Rayburn House in the Southwest area of the map. Complete the “Rayburn House” Side Mission to unlock the entrance. The Comm is inside.
#5 – SHD Network
Navigate to the Federal Triangle. Go to the northwest corner, close to the border with the White House area, to find this Comm.
#6 – Tactics
Travel to Downtown East. At the northern side, find a tunnel filled with cars near the map border. Outside the tunnel entrance, there is a fenced area. Shoot the lock to access the Comm.
#7 – Taking DC
Search the East Mall. Find a building northeast of the Solar Farm Control Point and climb inside. The Comm is upstairs.
#8 – Antiviral
Head to West Potomac Park. Look for an outside staircase near a building that leads to the sewers. The Comm is inside.
#9 – DC Briefing
Visit the Southwest area. This Comm is on a small walled-off ground-floor balcony.
#10 – New Orders
Go to the western side of West Potomac Park, near the Tidal Basin Stronghold entrance. The Comm is located there.
