#1 – Cistern

Head to Downtown West near the Parts Resource Node in the southeast. The Comm is positioned on top of a platform in this area.

#2 – Message for Henry

This Comm is located in Downtown West. Look for it within the alley of the southeastern building complex.

#3 – Keeping Survivors

Access this Comm by starting at Constitution Hall to the north. You will need to climb a ladder leading to a locked fenced gate. Shoot the lock, go through the window of the building, and retrieve the Comm.

#4 – Rations

North of the Foggy Bottom safe house, there is a round building. The Comm is found here, on the ground floor outside the structure.

#5 – Plotting

This Comm is in Foggy Bottom, beneath the bridge leading to the stronghold.

#6 – True Son Captured

The Comm is at the starting point of the “Outcast Work Camp” side mission in Constitution Hall. Instead of entering at ground level, head up the stairs and climb into the building on the first floor to find this collectible.

#7 – Complicit

Find this Comm northwest of Constitution Hall’s safe house. It is in a small park with scaffolding constructions positioned atop the structure.

#8 – Asymptomatic

At Constitution Hall, look for this Comm in the street on a stone bench.

#9 – JTF Interrogation

Located in Downtown West, you’ll need to climb up a truck and then scale a building to retrieve this Comm.

#10 – Condemnation

This Comm is at Downtown West, at a small park located north of the Campus Settlement.

#11 – Emeline’s End

Head to West Potomac Park, southwest of the Lincoln Memorial. The Comm is found in this area.

#12 – Humanity

Locate this Comm in West Potomac Park’s western region. Look for a spot filled with quarantine boxes to find it.
